Do most of my scalps between 5:30 and 9.Got a option on a 16 acre tract I'm exploring developing into 5' lot line patio homes -- very popular with boomers. Haven't done a development since late 90's but still got fire in the gut -- perfect set up now with son doing most of the building -- lets me and redhead do marketing. Thing is, also now have that fire for trading. Fortunately, I'm one who only requires 6 hours sleep.

- Now breaking to the top of C&H and potentially a test of the 23
