Technical is also good don't get me wrong but a chart can't predict economic behaviour.

Download a app called retrader on your phone and I bet you will have opened your eyes to fundamentals after that app game.

From the monthly chart below we can see that candles are at a critical level (black resistance line). If this resistance breaks of course next targets will be 1.1650 and 1.17 levels.. Since these levels are very close to each other he must be assuming that black resistance line is already broken (which is not true yet).

Therefore I would say, we can't just write down our hopes into sentences like this: I take the Black trendline as broken and price will head to 1.17 and then that level will break too and very soon it will go up to 1.1875 and once this rally starts the pressure will automatically push price even higher until market meets first serious resistance line (THICK RED) at 1.2450 where it might bump back.. Lol... what a wonderful worrrlllddd!! This is not technical analysis.. this is pure imagination that feeds from your deepest expectations.

The better and right approach is to go step by step. For now black resistance line seems to give in a little but we don't know for sure if price will bounce back from 1.15 or not. Let's wait and see first where market opens. I guess there is still lots of unfinished business down at 1.11 levels considering we had no significant retracement so far. Which makes me think that even if black resistance line breaks price would stall somewhere around 1.1730 and go back to retest lower levels first. But again this is all too early to discuss. Step by step.. take a deep breath.. count to 10... calm down... and enjoy the progress.. my half cents...

lets wait if it;
breaks, bounce, rejectes, market open/close, bar open/close, gap fill, HH, LL,................... is t gentle way saying "I have no idea"

I believe what the chart saying! Daily high has broken!
For me, previous weekly 1h, 4h daily, weekly and monthly candle with full bullish one. I would say it is still bullish and will look to buy at supports. I wont hope for the short side until any 1h, 4h, daily breaks the down side and i will change my bias and look for sell.
Follow the trend is your friend as you siad so !
Other traders ideas is just for hearing, thinking, watching, NOT following!

EURUSD Daily - Important Levels

Below are the important levels for Monday.. (maybe Tuesday will be similar in case of low volatility).

  1. 1.1460 is nearest support now, based on daily trend pivot. (and assuming market won't open with a gap below this level).
  2. Bulls are trying to break 1.15 level. Very choppy priceaction so far (especially when looking at past 11 candles), which makes me believe even more that 3 Drives pattern would reject price. More than 50% chance it will.
  3. Inside these last 11 candles of choppiness there is a tiny doji candle. The opening and closing price of this candle is roughly 1.14, write this level down as strongest support level, because with any retest we will see how price bounces back from there.

Nothing much to say for Monday.. bulls will stay bullish.. buy trades will stay open.. all eyes are on 1.15 level.. we will wait and see..

AS stated in previous posts , not a rocket scientists or charting guru by any means ,,just a simple farmer ,,, I dont see a strong bottom in the dollar quite yet ,,, not really looking for a bottom or a top long term because price is a long way from either ,,,,,,,,how about some middle ground where the talking heads and big shots can create some bubbles and manufacture predicaments that drive currencies or markets,,,,, balance point ,,point of control etc etc is basically the middle of these 2 charts ,,,,,,,,, carpenters level the bubbles in the middle its from that point that everything can go haywire lol,,,, Ive taken a few shots short to no avail made much more going with the market and the eur is going up ,,,, I dont get a big bias either way who cares as a trader as long as it moves thats what ya need to make money ,,,,,The eur has spent more time above 1.20 than below it ,the dollar has spent more time below 90 than above it in these 2 charts ,,,,,,,,what are the factors thats gonna keep these from chugging to their middle ground ,,,,, the charts will tell you before it hits the news wires ,,,,,,, be fun to see what if any is manufactured to blame it on when these hit their bubble ,,,level point if they do ,,,,,, if I was biased I would say the bubble points in the coming months

I mentioned something in previous post, I have only 1 confirmation of potential reversal on 1 D chart, I need 3. Since this will be my trial week and I don't have much on my account left to trade I am starting with smallest size. Only fewer trades this week I am planning. I am not hunting sale on EU I am looking for Long entry , I am skipping all retracement short entries and concentrate on trading towards trend to minimize exposure and risks.

Seems like what I'm expecting also. It looks to me like there should be some solid resistance at 1.1500, then if hat breaks 1.1550 should provide a smaller amount. If it beats that, could scream higher. But for me right now it looks like it will challenge a bit over 1.1500, then go down like you show.

This week I had 2 unfortunate trades shorting BP .
Losses were fortunately balanced by the Long term longs in DOW and S+P , DAX. which I let run with SLs far away...
E. small loss with the last short. I shorted last few momments before cls on Fri. at 114.69
I still believe in a stab near 113.50-60 before moving higher again . I noticed Connors has same idea....

Both E. and BP are approaching long term targets on a daily basis . We are NOT there yet . So don't jump the gun .

and yes DIGGER the $ is ready for an upmove to well above 104 , sooon ...
