Ducascopy Tech problems
Dukascopy has regular Technical issues that cause the entire website and trading plattform to freeze for hours at a time.
Yesterday for example 12.07.2017 there was a major technical issue.
I contacted my manager via mail to ask him to immediatly close all my trades. He immediatly responded and said they have technical issues. But he didnt close my trades. I kept sending him mail explaining that I will have more and more losses. He wrote back saying I should contact the service desk when I lost 10% of my account. Now a day later he tells me that I should have contacted the service desk 24/7.
After an hour I lost 10% of my account and the trades were closed. I had to report the trades and they will investigate if I should get a refund. BUT MY ACCOUNT MANAGER SAYS: NO GUARANTEE FOR THE REFUND:

These regular tech issues cause major problems with the bridge, as the FTT bridge server keeps the trades open once they were closed at Dukascopy and when closing them in MT4 the trades re-open at Dukascopy (Jforex plattform)
In this way I opened and closed several trades causing me another 5% loss..
After contacting Dukascopy I was told they dont support mt4 and the bridge caused this loss. Basically not their problem.
Conclusion:
15% loss in 1 day due to Ducascopy technical issues and no refund for the Bridge problem (caused by Dukascopy) and no refund yet.
