I think the only extra I used was in the xmess7 EA, trend for Week, Day & 4 Hour

Because I had the indicator on Level 1, wanted to narrow down the number of trades

Erebus, thank you for sharing your set files...I wonder, have your EA opened trades at GMT 12:00 today? Mine don't...EDIT: A little change, and it works as it should...

Yes, 15 signals as yours, filtered down to 10 trades

Not sure why NZDCAD or NZDUSD not opened, I see 3 red trend...

Thank you for answer! I am not fully updated with latest Xmess EA as I still use V 18.3 which is very stable for me. We need also the trend candle indicator when we turn on that option in EA, or it is integrated?

yes 15 signals , but my filter done for 7 pairs only .. Do you know why ??

The indicator keeps on updating so if you do not have any open errors in you logs it could be that at the time xmess7 EA started trading the indicator only showed 7 pairs.

unfortunately no error at all .. and indicator was showing 15 pairs at opening time of trades .. and am using your same settings !!??

If the indicator showed 15 pairs you should talk to xmess7.
Spread filter maybe ?

I tried Beta 13 with Trend lux and option set to true but it still opened all pairs, no filtering is done..

Xmess7 did you do some work on the % locking after 37.7.7 because here it looks wrong to me.
Lock step should be 0.5%
Last lock should have been around 240 pips (~4%).

Edit: nope canceled, after doing some math it was correct.

Another good day. After about two weeks trading using the settings shown in comments panel, the acct. is positive. So far Mondays, and Fridays have been the weakest performers and are, in fact, showing a negative return. Not enough data to draw any conclusions. Of JPY pairs, only USD/JPY, and NZD/JPY are traded. No CHF pairs are traded. Xmess7's EA continues to work perfectly...... Great work xmess7!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not been testing much the Beta 12 and the new Beta 13 this week as i found an interesting behavior with
Basket Trading pair and Ccfp-df Ea .v37.7.7.. I could never see this before when i did it on manual
as too many pairs to trade, but the Jessx Ea makes it all easy to see _

Monday they were all at Loss aside from FT and TT
and Tuesday 512 Recovered and closed at profit _
This behavior let me determine (by watching the market condition "First" on EMT4 external Mt4 monitor)
how all it is going... and behave accordingly_

I have not had yet the cleverness to do it yet, however it looks like that
If MON i would close the FT and TT (at profit)
then i would let run the two TF/FF512 and the two TF/FF

On TUE the two 512 closed and I let run the two TF/FF as normal_
Easy to say ... How do you know when to stop and collect .... where is the exit ?
My Policy is that i am not happy with Less than 280-320 pips per day
so on Monday i would get those my 335pips from TT and FT and could close at profit
and on Tue i had double 300x2 with TF/FF512 and closed automatically_
For the other two TF/FF Md i will wait Tuesday , by watching the Min/Max and Gain
of course not to go much down so not to lose all the gains ...

Lol...s it's like watching a football match were the ticket is Free and you get paid for it.
And i've already got an idea of who might best players will be_
Of course will give the Maradona shirt number 10 to xmess and Fxpinbar is the President/Coach

That's right there is no setting for the Madness... LOL
What I was referring to is if it worked. I believe the ccfp FxMadness version will place a "Not" if conditions for correlation or something like that are not met. I fixed the update so it would not treat a "Not" as a "Sell". It will simply skip any trade that does not have either a "Sell" or "Buy" recommendation.

The neat thing about all this is that you can create your own ccfp-diff (or for that matter ANY other indicator) that will create a trading list (same as what FerruxFx created). Once you have the list on the chart then you can use this EA to read it and go about the MM thingy.
So you see, even though this EA is nothing but a list reader that opens/closes trades it can be like part of a complete set. The set being the indicator that creates the list on the chart and then the EA that opens/closes trades. That should get SOOOO many combinations for future coders, with minimal need to mess with the EA source code.

Ok now to answer your questions:

1. Using he Reset Button clear out ALL globals that are related to the EA. The EA will continue to monitor open trades and respect your TP/SL settings, but things like max/min pip count. So on the surface record keeping things are reset.

2. Using the F3 and deleting GVs may affect the opening of trades. Using the Reset button is the same except it does not mess with a variable called TriggerHour. Now, according to the code logic it should be no problem. But there may be a chance that removing the TriggerHour GV would then make the EA open a new basket. I doubt it but would have to test it.

3. I use a VPS and have had the EA on for many weeks. Other than manually closing a basket, it has performed on time, opened and closed baskets with no problems. Whether you hit Reset or not it will continue to work.

With that said, I am planning to remove the Reset button. If you have noticed the GVs list has shrunk considerably.

thnx for checking, we gotta make sure that this feature works, it's important.

LOL, Two weeks ago when my basket reached 6% I decided to set the Manual Lock on 3%. Well the basket did well and finished at 8%.
So this week I started trading and forgot to remove the Manual Lock. Well, this week I got stopped out at 3%. LOL. It worked!! Didn't need the manual lock but it worked. Oh and this was after two weeks ago that I had set the manual lock. So the EA functions after long breaks.

Thnx will look into it. this is one is an easy one to look at, so the fix will not take long..

What version are you trying? Yes there are brokers that do weird things with their suffixes. That has already been resolved. But the Beat versions do not handle that at the moment. There is a previous version that should work.. I forget what it was. .. Let me look and I will post it for you. In the mean time go back the server and try the older versions that you see. Try an EA before v.37.7.7
