Could you shoot me a screenshot of what these two MA's look like on your chart. What are the setting for them? Simple or Exponential, period, etc. I take it you are supposed to trade in the direction of the 50 as it crosses the 200? I've read a zillion pages it seems, and haven't come across this. I've just set my charts with the TDI, stoch, and a 5 ema.

Last week did not close with higher Close above the previous Week' high. I don't like to see this if I would to be buyer next week.

Last Thursday was a HA setup candle but Friday was bearish and an Inside Bar.
Overall, look sideways narrow range and also looking at the market closing after NFP on Friday, it closed very strong bear. So Wait and see if the price gap down when NY opens in few hours time.

I don't see this is a good pair to trade and as I have open trades in EURCAD, I won't open any trades in this pair.
Look at USDCAD and GBPUSD instead.

These one is the best DVM ranges, go in my thred and you will find it on 1st post is the best indi ever he show's you daily weekly and monthly range (suport and resistance).

in that chart EURNZD posted, it is the original default TDI - 13,0,34,2,0,7

you can also use the new setting 10,5,34, 3,1,7

if you trade with more weight given to the real price action, simply pick one over the other and stick to it. The TDI is just to confirm the price action to see the price momentum.

To learn price action trading, learn to look at plain charts without any indicator. By looking at previous price action PPA, you will see the price swings in different timeframes. Learn to identify major price swings and use them as support and resistance. Use the price OHLC, these are natural support&resistance of the market.

To learn how Big E traded when he was a newbie back in 2008, he started with the Synergy trading model. He remove the PAC from his chart and use the 5EMA,Typical Price, Shift+3. The rest is history now because he also dropped the use of 5EMA in 2011.

If you believe in Technical Analysis,

when the sellers overcome the buyers, they create the resistance or some call that supply.

when the buyer overcome the sellers, they create the support or some call that demand.

sell at resistance, buy at support

or some prefer:

demand move prices up, supply move prices down
