And what about now?

Well there is a major TL break with an health pull back.......a test of the recent extreme (test, overshoot or undeshoot) can get prices at least to test those up trendlines.... but this last leg up is kind of scary......

Well some people make sense to some and not to others....it is life....

but think about it..... what he is saying is that a breakout pullback has an higher probability than a break out......

he is not a good teacher (he is a trader)......his work need to be studies not only read, maybe read many times and applied many times.....it takes time.....

In forex you need to add a bit more because we are trading two instruments as you well know....

bbk1 Do you not use stops? Nothing wrong with putting in an opposite trade but you need to put stops and take profit other wise you end up with loss on both ends of the spectrum. Been there, done that, still trying to sort out the mess.

I had bad experience with s/l. My broker seems to constantly hunt for s/l and I have seen times when they play with widening spreads to trigger s/l targets... So now I rarely use them.

EURUSD H4 - Important Levels

The chart below will be my main guide for the whole Friday, especially after London opening*.

I tried to put all the lines as clear and clean as it gets. My main focus is on the Green Pitchfork channel. I believe that dring NFP price probably would attack either 1.1392 on the downside or 1.1475 on the upside, (or maybe even both).

If, for example, price breaks out of any of these levels I will already know where the next stop is. Especially on high volatility moments, this type of higher timeframe approach will protect you from anxiety that normally would affect small timeframe traders who would have to deal with tons of noise. I hope it helps you for tomorrow.

*I will try to share one final update of this chart 1 hour before NFP.

But it wont give much pips in my mind!
I will scalp short close 1420 and long around 1388/1377 until London start!
