But they reached the upper Bollinger Band in the same bar that crossen 5SMA, so according to BK8 the trades should not be taken??

Yes you got it. Good for you.

Yes I took a little trade this morning. But conservative and with tigth sl and tp.

This is not my thread, but BK8's.

I just kind of feel at home after some time. And Bk8 told us to share our thoughts and so on, and that's why I dare to.
But with the note of asking people not to follow me, because I am a learner.

Sometimes I do horrible errors - and birn my fingers with red numbers.
It is just that I want it simple - and this was simple with rather clean charts, as I am not good with indicators and not do any automatic thing.
Just finding some times to look at the charts - and go softly on. And it works 65-75 of 100 times.

Look in to BK8's charts. He of course is a good teacher - https://www.forexfactory.com/search....rchid=32166469

All the other ones are also good, but they were the first teaching me, so that's why they are fresh in my mind as teachers.

We are a team, and we do both demo and live. You have to have both.

BK8 and Ghibli dont seem to be very active here and i also cannot get into the links that you supplied,but I will try to find them in the forum! Seeing that our timezones are just one hour apart ( have seen you 01:00 this mrng), i hope that we can keep contact and learn together.
I have been testing and trying with different strategies and signals for almost a year now, making all the mistakes possible in the book. But i feel that with a combo of BK8's and Yanah12's , it is possible to be successful.
The plan is to open a live acc next week and take the ride! I have done manual backtests with these and it fits my lifestyle.
And i am sure with a "trading partner" I will be more cautious with my trading, concerning size and management.
If that is okay with you, i hope that we can compliment each other.

Have spent some time on the charts over weekend, but i think as excited rookie, i am trying to see too much at the moment!! I first have to calm down, before i can make real analysis. Unfortunately i cannot trade on Monday, but sofar i have decided to keep a good eye on the JPY pairs, they löök promising to me!! The only pair with a clear D1 signal to me at the moment is GBPCHF, but then with a very tight SL (25pips) or something. I see a lot of scope to the north, with the uncertainty around the Pound. Further am i waiting for my live acc to be in operation -- maybe around Tuesday.

Pity you missed today because EU and GU both played ball today! EU especially broke through nicely and re-tested resistance which is exactly what you're looking for with this system.

Anyway more opportunities will arise. I wouldn't chase the move now because I think we'll see recoveries tomorrow or Wednesday

wanted to be more involved this week, but things did not work my way!! First had a few queries with my live acc, now have to change all my charts to mt5!! Or keep demo on mt4 and trade live on mt5!! Bit of a nuisance!! Then i am busy building some pallet funiture for someone and can not spend so much time on H1 charts, although i do have a look then in the evening to see what could have been!! I think i should concentrate on D1 charts or wait till i am finished with furniture and then do trading!!
