Decent support found at 1.300..moving into a long

going long due to oversold condition at 1.30

another long at 1.2990

clearly i could blow this account but its not my main..nor do i trade usd/cad on my main...but im confident enough in correction at this point that i re entered long under 1.300 and plan to ride it toward 1.3150 without a stop..

1 hour chart -- trying to break out of trend resistance. Not confirmed yet.

GDP figures out in 20mins

Weak US dollar and the recovery in oil prices, another bad week to come for the pair. The pair has already broke below critical support 1.3000, further delcine could be triggered easily.

the looney has gained way too much value over the past month, its going to correct and then go lower after correction , other poster sayign 1.315 I think is being conservative , this pair will test 1.33 this week imo

Large traders were short CAD to the tune of 100,000 contracts. It was ridiculous. That has since reduced to about minus 50,000, but there's still a lot of room to the downside coming if these positions are reversed. I agree with a correction too, though not immediately. Ultimate target next few months, 1.23 or so.

I dont disagree with a further drop...but 100% disagree with one until 1.3150-1.3200 is hit.

imo...which isnt worth a whole lot...if USD/CAD cant make a push up above the 1.300 for a good day or so..we might not see this 1.3200 ish correction. lot of news coming which should make it awefully noisy..but watch up for the whip saw against resistance in the 1.300 area. primary account not trading the pair until monday if price action allows...play account is gambling on a long for a good push through it.

RSI in overselled, waiting for some correction around 1.30100 and then go down to these two levels.

My recomendation, wait for pullback but dont trade it. Very difficult and expensive to trade countertrend.
Wait for daily RSI near 50.
