Hmm..ever heard of bearish/bullish sentiment? Too many shorts here is actually bullish for price as when price goes up they rush to cover becoming buyers too thus adding to buyer's strength (aka short squeeze).

Still space for Euro to move up another 30-40 pips without breaking weekly avgs and daily records. Not wise to short it yet, better to wait for a long reversal pattern, i.e. a few hours. Maybe it's a month end thing, but usd is very weak, eur could keep picking up in the longer term vs the others.
