“What is the quality of your self-talk while trading? Is it angry and frustrated; negative and defeated?
How much of your self-talk is market strategy focused, and how much is self-focused?
Is your self-talk constructive, and would you want others to be talking with you that way while you’re trading?”

“What work do you do on yourself and your trading while the market is closed?
Do you actively identify what you’re doing right and wrong in your trading each day—with specific steps to address both—
or does your trading business lack quality control?
Markets are ever changing; how are you changing with them?”

“Is trading making you happy, proud, fulfilled, and content,
or does it more often leave you feeling unhappy, guilty, frustrated, and dissatisfied?
Are you having fun trading even when it’s hard work?”

“Can you identify the specific edges you possess

A memorial day is celebrated in Italy to remember the liberation from the Fascist regime and the Nazi occupation.

The hills and the valleys where I live
were the scene of violent clashes and atrocities by German SS and Italian fascist "Death squads".
In each village... we had tortured, shot or hanged.
Facts that someone, nowadays, would be happy to forget.
Poor Italy and poor Europe.

the direction of the dance seems to be dictated by.... I see something but I could also be wrong (no this time around it doesn't look like I'm wrong I didn't use feel because that's subjective ) so I'll keep it to myself .

everything in between around horizontal S&R works as break & retest , but there also seem to be a difference between 1h and 5min level..

it is impossibly complex to even begin to see these relations and to make sense of anything without someone giving some hints.

anyhow I shall carry on with my journey :seek and I shall find yes I am beginning to believe in that quote

I'm still very upset.
