Meditation.
In one of my deleted post on TAF,
I was describing my joy and admiration for fti ability to coniugate Eastern and Western cultures in his "fascinating and captivating tale".
I wrote that brief essay from the point of view of an old Advertising manager.

As for myself... I followed and I'm following all his indications and suggestions:
from Gann to the Turtles...
from the Bible to Nepal.

I found out always new things. About life, trading and me.
It was like my second "Coming-of-age story".
And I'm still loving it.

If you are here to find your "Buy or Sell" button to push... don't do it, don't waste your time.
Don't go there and, please, leave my pages.

Every generation has a legend.

The Internet like gravity is indiscriminate in its attraction.
It pulls us all together, the virtuous and the wicked alike.
But... Conversation requires a common ground: shared language, interests, norms, understandings.
Without those, it’s hard or even impossible to have a conversation.

It's Easter. Sunday of Resurrection of the Lord.
And I am here thinking about fti and W.D. Gann.
And my smile becomes a laughter!
But (as always) you don't even know what I'm talking about.
All I'm referring to is in the TAF thread: but one needs to know how to read, first.
Second, one needs to be sure about the proper meaning of the words.

fti - “A table is also a chair because you can sit on both? “

It's really hard not to react.
But what can I do?
How to kill ignorants and praetorians?

What's the truth? Nothing.
What's the reality? Nothing.
They say all is relative!

Some years ago, in a much-watched interview, Will Smith said:
“Two plus two only equals four if you accept that two plus two equals four. Two plus two’s gonna be what I want it to be, you know.”

The iconic statement ‘two plus two equals four’, that represented the hard objectivity, has been devastated.
Now we are “free”.
Each one of us is equal! We can say and do what we want.

Yes. I'm that stupid: I see things differently. 2+2 is 4! And only four.
There's a Self-Evident Truth (all in Capital Letters) and a self-evident falsehood.

As Samuel Johnson said in 1779: "You may have a reason why two and two should make five, but they will still make but four."

Is it an apple?

The correct way of having a confrontation is to face the problem/matter/topic without “personalization.”
But when we discuss about trading on a public Forum, is this really doable and possible?
Some traders are so full and pleased with their wrong Ego...
Read these, judge and comment.
“I experienced enough ups and down to know not to count on the market giving me good setups, I count on myself, to finesse my position.“
“Selection of an instrument that has a tendency to revert to mean greatly contributed for my success.“

Do you want to allow such people to win and kick out good traders?
Do you want to waste some of your time trying to explain them (again) their unbelievable, enormous mistakes?

But my point is: this people, with their wrong argumentations and false interpretations, are dangerous for the others!
They act as praetorians of something they can't understand.
They are not able to comprehend fti teachings... not even with all the time of the world.
They must be stopped.
But how?

"To step in for him..." they say!
Hey. No one can replace and substitute fti.

I agree. The only thing that needs to be written today on TAF pages is: "Read and study the first 200 pages, then read the next 400".
I would only add: "But first learn to read!"

Oh yes... once again... learn to read!
