Thanks man. I can only share my observations and past experience from FX which probably is polar opposite of what this project is about (except for MM manipulation part). I did not trade charts, never flipped timeframes or pairs, never drew lines or rectangles or objects, relied only on data and not visuals, traded only on the tick (not tick chart!) using pure momentum based baskets, didn't care about ADR or ATR or moving averages or found any value in "measuring" price or relying on correlations for entries but did use mathematical correlations to trap price during MM induced volatility. Trading has to be simple as 123 for me going forward as I refuse to put in the long hours like I did in FX... I am talking $1K per hour with one or two wins per day and be done for the day. Trade to Live is my go-forward mantra and not Live to Trade and analyze/discuss charts.

I am getting where I want to be... one way or another, I will be there....for sure.

nothing wrong with all that.
Q: did it work out for you to your expectations?
does it have room to improve?
are you curious and/or open minded enough to look at something different unbiased enough?

just as above...trading is one of the few fields where one can do an almost instant assessment of his 'rules'...P/L statement. ( or a semi realistic demo view of it).

i think what i have shown you on that Nasdaq chart a few post before this, all can be written in a half a napkin.
can your new set of rules fit on one napkin as they are?

trading is simple. but it isnt not easy.

entitlement...just how many hours did you put into your work ( or the study before it) before it started to pay off at the current level?

expectations...realistic? maybe, maybe not? proper goal setting is not that simple. what is the base equity to make that 1k per hour?
if your work is paying so highly, then perhaps the very best is to forget about trading, dedicate the rest of your life to your job ( as you had before; as there was no refusal there and then to do that!), and keep an hour a day for demo playing, as a recreational computer game.
a bit rough, i know, but this is a business at that level, and like in any successful business, it needs dedication, and compromises, and a rather can-do attitude vs a refuse this and that attitude ( that also wasnt/wont get you ahead in any corporate ladder neither, for that matter!).

'Live to work'...seem to be OK to get to 'Trade to live'.......so, in that continuation where is wrong to use ' live to trade' to get to 'trade to live', and spending time to analyze/discuss charts, or whatever it takes to get better at the "job at hand", trading.
i am almost certain, that after your collage/uni, at work, you had countless seminars, and meeting, and trainings trying to teach you something new that you may or may not cared or needed for your job to perform.
i am almost certain, that as a good employee, even if grumpy sometimes, but you were there, perhaps even near the front row, doing what was expected.

in trading, sometimes you learn from others what may be useful,
and sometimes you learn from others what may be a failure, without doing all that yourself.
for example, i really dislike backtesting. or drawing charts.
but i do both, when needed. for me, or for others to explain something. ( though try to keep both of it to a low, lol).
it is part of the job.
and trading is a job, and a business, once someone graduate from the land of theories, demoes, and find an empty napkin and a pencil to start out for real.
and while at the real things; forex or futures, no matter, but often not playing out when when one start with a (high) goal in mind, and try to fit a system to suit it.
we have a proverb: choosing the coat for the button.

dont overcomplicate things.
trading is simple.
but not easy!

please use ur daily separators ,,,
They are very important ,, highlighting the days TOPS and BOTTOMS ,,,
IF that is a 1 MNT chart ,,,
DO NOT USE MULTIPLE TF TMA TOOLS ON IT ,,,
Throw that indicator drawing DOTS in the bin ,, it will BOUND you mindset ,,,
Draw the TARGETS on the charts in the way of lines ,,,,

It is hard for me to comment ,, because
Many factors missing ,,,
BLACK BACKGROUND CHARTS ARE THE WORST FOR SHARING ,,,
In future it would be best to use a light color background ,,,
