I see there is a journal section here. I guess this is a good place to post live trades. My very own thread...I think I got water in my eyes. Anywho, this "community" has given me a lot and has helped me to where I am today, I think it's time to give back to the "community".
My trade rule:
Tp and Sl are not set in stone. I will take profit early and cut losses early if I see signs of reversal. And sometimes for the big trades, I will move sl to profit/BE and let the trade run. If I do, I will post it here.
My System:
A lot of what I use are already widely discussed on this website. If you take the time to browse this vastly informational website, you will at the very least become a very decent trader. I've only been trading for about a year and because of this website I am able to begin turning profits in my trading. Here's what I use:
MA's: 5sma, 50ema, 100sma
Trendlines, Gann HiLo, Momentum, QQE
70% Technical, 30% Fundamental -- putting less emphasis on the fundamental has helped my trading tremendously (check on free news websites like bloomberg, yahoo and cnn for any major development)
All of these indicators are very common. But there's a saying "it's not what you use, it's how you use it".
