I know this is not a MT4 Question..But ill shot it anyway and hoping someone out there can help me in my computer problem.. Most of the time, those software program that are installed in my computer sends an update and if you dont respond for a certain period it updates automatically. The worst thing is that is ask you to restart.. Since you are trading using an EA and it happend in the night while you are sleeping, you will be surprise when you wake in the morning that your computer is waiting for you to clik yes. During that period something terrible could happend in your trades. Anybody out there that encountered this problem .. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO PREVENT THIS. Thank you very much

you can turn automatic updates off during the week. Go to your control panel, select administrative tools, then click automatic updates, you can set it to just look at certain times on a certain day. You can also choose to have it download but don't install until you choose.

Yes, I have mine set to download, but not install. That way I know when there is an important update and I can decide if I want to wait until the end of the week or install it right then. Most of the time I wait, because MS has a nasty habit of updates requiring a restart. It solved my problem for wiping out my EAs.

Thanks for the that info. I did set it to notify but not download or installed. Now i can sleep better at night the this download from MS will not bother my trades.

Hey Trader101,

I have been testing your bb-psar EA, and have added some auto moneymanagement to the EA, that I like. I have found 100sl 100tp for GU and EU seems good and 100sl 200tp for EJ and GJ seems good. Running on H1.. Only problem is a forgot what thread it was in, so I don't know where to post my modified version, for you to look at. Please advise.. thanks scott
