I had one open sell order and two other pending buy orders (on 3 charts/pairs) using the InterbankFX demo server.
I walked out of the room, came back like 5 minutes later and they were gone. No record of them being removed, they just vanished.
This is my chat transcript with them. Kind of useless and worrisome at the same time. Anyone else have this happen before? My orders still haven't returned.

Client Services: Since it shouldn't be missing it to begin with, I don't know an exact (or even a guess) amount of time, sorry
you: ok, last question. Is there a schedule of these maint times on your site somewhere? for both live/demo servers?
Client Services: Scheduled maintenance will always occur over the weekend when the market is closed. The only time maintenance will occur during live trading is when it can't be avoided
you: ok, well just a suggestion - don't know if you can do this, but knowing that is going to happen would be a big deal - I almost replaced my orders. If this were live, that would be a big problem don't you think?
