Stop loss not working on Indicies

I got the stop loss ATR v3 from here......... it seems ok on fx pairs, BUT for some reason, on the indicies,
it just plots the dots below the bars, no matter what I do

Any ideas ? OR, does anyone have an alternative Stop loss I can use ?
