Disliked{quote} Trading 14 baskets monthly (trend on and off). Lv 2, 5-10. I will drop level two after this month. {quote} Dude if you don't look well how do you expect to make money? No one service money on a silver platter. You have to go out of your way and get it! Here is the link to my post. Just change the weekly signals to monthly. I am also using GIG DB. {quote} Same as weekly just change the signals to monthly {quote} Check above.Ignored

DislikedGood morning all. Can someone please explain how I can set up a monthly basket with this EA.? Because I have noticed that when trying to choose monthly setup from settings is giving only the option of daily and weekly. Is there any new version of EA to support monthly trading as well?Ignored

DislikedAfter having almost $500 in DD my weekly baskets have finally went into profit {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} You are right. You can blow your account very fast. Based on my experience, I think, if we put 600 pips of SL for every basket we open, we can find a way to set the SL. So, for the monthly set up with 12 baskets, I don't think we can put a SL under 7200 pips, and maybe, 10,000 to make sure. If we cannot accept that kind of DD, maybe you should trade on a lower TF. -GuyIgnored
Disliked{quote} Agree. Better 10,000 pips to stay on the safe side with 12 baskets open. To trade Monthly setups and considering to start with a minimum account of $2000 trading 0.01 lots, if things turn very bad and we hit the SL we are left with $1000 and we need to make 100% to break-even, but at least we can trade the next month too. My view is that this strategy has very high potential, but without a SL we violate one of the main rules of proper risk management, that changes professional trading to real gambling. Disliked{quote} Now let's say you are unlucky or you started at the time of the year and you lose the first two months. 10000 x 2 = 20000..........and you are left with..... Even if you lose only the first month and you are left with a $1000 it is always harder to make up for losses because your account is drained and margin calls are coming closer and closer. Why anyone would put a stop loss at 10,000 pips is beyond me. You are doing something very wrong. Btw. {quote} It is not proper risk management to gamble half of your account on a single trade attempt....Ignored
DislikedFixed 50% locking is still a waste of good pips. {image} And again, locking @ 50% does not leave enough room for a short pullback. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} I dont't say I consider the probability of having two 10,000 pips monthly loss in a row as low as a six sigma event, nevertheless what we have seen up to this point is that the suggestions provided by the CCFp indicator are vry precise and strong, and the the DD on monthly setups has been considerably lower than the floating profit. As montego said we have to wait some months and collect more data to confirm this. On your side what should you propose as a good value for SL on monthly ? Best regards, BubinckaIgnored
