I have tried XM first, i have withdraw my money easy. I was able to applied withdraw some of my deposit from RoboForex too but it is 5th business day today they also told today I have to wait as long as 10 business days to recieve funds in to my depositing bank card. I can understand that since we are at different countries however it is more than a week and still i could not give an "order" to withdraw my funds at InstaForex, mean; i even can not give an order to withdraw because their system always refuse something. Their supporters, emails and desk throwing the ball eachother and forwarding me to a recycle of a startup again and again. So i tried to hesitate now if i will have a permament InstaForex withdraw problem?
Story is short, I might be able to give a withdraw order simply but InstaForex has a withdraw maze.
1st. They have asked me to enter deposting card. I have entered but their system refused because there is no 3rd party Payco Account number but wait there, It has not got asked me to open a Payco account while getting the money from my card so i do not have. My order refused because of a payco number which never given to me! Then when I told the matter to the InstaForex (with over 3 emails desk, lve support dialogs of maybe about 2 pages , somehow they do not understand their system) they gave me some wallet numbers to enter to order a withdraw. I have entered one of this number to withdraw its money but the system again refused because this number again error. After the long story short they have sent an email to me i have to enter a payco number which i never known or informed about. So simply it become impossible me to get my money from InstaForex. What i see at this matter is , they do not allow me to get money back.
2nd. They have reinstate my money to mt4 balance but they have not reinstate its bonus because there is a withdrawal, but i have not withdrawal and told them to look at the deposit balance reinstate but they have replied that it was having a withdrawal order so bonus cancelled. Then I have not told them again , look it has not been withdrawed but because i have told them alreayd several times and they are not looking into it.
