Roboforex Money Withdraw problem

It has been 16 days and 11 biz days past since i have a withdraw order to my depositing card at Roboforex , i have opened several tickets and live support but they still saying me that they have sent the money but i have provided them my card issuing bank statement which has no awaiting or assigned payment from them.

How long does it take at you, are there anyone lately can withdraw money from roboforex?

Try to withdraw using other methods.

it is not allowed, if the payment was done by a card then should withdraw to the same card as they have said. Regardless the payment method, the money ,s not in my balance and not in my card for now for 17 days.

chat with their customer care, i have withdraw with them times without number...make time to chat or mail the customer care.

since 17 days i am mailing, last was showing my bank statement 2 days ago, no money recieved but they have not updated yet

As today, i think about 37 days after the Roboforex withdraw order, the withdraw amounts recorded in my bank card balance.
I still do not know the delay reason however important thing for me is timeline words.
