Add entry filter to 2EMA cross indicator

I've attached an indicator. I am trying to add one more signal to it. Right now it puts arrows on the chart with the 2 EMA's cross. I would like it to add the arrows 20 pips after the ema cross. Does anyone know how to program this in? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Move the arrow 5 pips more above and also locate it 1 candle behind that is exactly where you are when you see the arrow. Hope this helps
