Some nice looking pin bars on weekly charts which may indicate a long/short positions. Worth watching for entries as the week develops and pivots present.

It makes me sad that David is no longer that active here. He’s been here since 2012 and has contributed so much to this community. I’m pretty sure he’s around my grandpa’s age at this point based on all the stories he’s shared. It’s sad to see him go, but at the same time, he has inspired many younger generations, including me, to strive for greatness. I would like to be like him and inspire and bring opportunities to future generations. Hello! Although I have been visiting this forum for many years, I had not posted nor had I noticed this thread about operating with pivots. I am happy to see that it has many followers since it is an operation that I have been carrying out for 17 years. In my case, in addition to the pivot points, I use the psycho zones (round numbers) in addition to the Market Profile to detect breakout zones where I have a clear entry. I also usually accompany it with the volume shown by the BetterVolume indicator.

in your chart i see daily standard pivots..
in this thread we trade weekly fibonacci pivots..
pls make yourself familiar with the system of the threadstarter..
in this thread deviation from the original system is not welcomed..

usdcad is near my zone of interest
last week and the week before that, we didn't touched the weekly pivot
this week so far is the 3rd time
so for me a buy is worth a shot
I put buy limits below for position building
we are near end of the month
in case of further us dollar weakness, i will keep my risk low (positionsize)
