The report put out by the EIA is stating the drop in oil inventory is a result of delayed offloadings from crude oil tankers in the gulf.
Ignored

That Is Another Reason to go beyond the headlines to find out the real facts behind the news release. It always happens as the experts or guessperts as I like to call them further analysize the report and put out new thoughts on it. The second look is usually much more accurate than the first news of the data. This can give you an edge if you can become aware of it like our Friend above just did. It explains why Oil resumed it's move down a little though there are other factors as well as Stops being Hit. Margin Calls. Taking of Profits. Intervention. Early PRE RELEASE of this DATA as they just stated now on CNBC.

Bruce, you said:
"If it goes your way then lower your STOP to lock in at least 10 PIPS of Profit on each Position"

When do you move your first stop? After it has gained 25 do you move the stop to a +10 profit or is it some other number, or discretionary?

Thanks,

Ron.

Once You KNOW for sure that you have 10 PIPS profit on a outlay of $1000 from your funds of $50,000 Then getting 10 PIPS gives you a profit of $100 after of course you have covered the spread of 3 or so PIPS so you in effect have made 10% on your money perhaps in hours.

If you have not put your STOPS in yet, the Positions in profit by at least 10 PIPS put your STOP 10 PIPS above the current price. I see it is now 105.50 BID so put it in at 105.60

Let me know what and how you did. This is FUN, knowing how to trade and make money.

I told you once before this is a real business. If you are in it for thrills and excitement you probably have a better chance to make money betting on some longshots in Horse Racing.

After you make 10% each and every month you can have all the excitement and thrills gambling away your hard worked for profits at the Casino.

I think I made my point with respect to both our ego's.

Just get with the program and once you have your confidence get back into the water if you so choose.

On the demo account I placed the stop on the first order @ 105.75, (a +10 pip profit) once it was at +25 pips so it still had room to breathe. Currently the stop is still at 105.83 and set to trail every 10 with a 25 pip breathing gap. I hope that makes sense.
The 2nd position has made about 14 pips so far, stop has not been moved.

Demo currently showing about $400 profit so far.

Live position, locked in 10 pips, riding the wave down. So far so good.

Ron.

The market can turn suddenly and especially with the last 30 minutes coming up in the Dow. You can never lose money taking profits. The position where you have at least 25 PIPS profit put your STOP 10 PIPS above the current price now at 103.52 BId or else you just might see your profits go away. 25% on your money in a few hours is great. You still have a second position at 105.69 I think and that is in the money now 15 PIPS or so.

Please reply so I know you understand me.
