interesting point but isn't euro a safer currency than YEN right now?? BOJ wants to continue easing.... until economic situation is ok they won't stop

Europe is heavily reliant on Russia for energy needs... when they are in a conflict with them, it's not going to make the Euro a safe haven

Geo-political situation will trump economic situation any day. The best BOJ would be able to do is to contain the damage... but the direction of USDJPY will be downwards anyhow.

While I am certainly not Sorros,and do not have the ability to move markets, I have begun accumulating a short usd/jpy position. Stay tuned.

I am beginning to not want to trade the yen pairs for a while. Boring for no reason. I hate that pairs wait to move only on reports now.
