Couldn't agree more. This argument is stronger than any TA. This is not a guarantee that it will go to 120, but under 80? Only in a case in which Abe would suddenly announce on TV that he wants much stronger yen and a rate around 40 for dollar..just for fun, to see the reaction in the world and markets.

Ultimately USD longs will still revail if the number is very good.

However the number being very good would likely create a risk off situation. So maybe you are better off aligning risk trends and the FX fundamentals. So maybe shorting AUDUSD?

The positioning is already so short JPY that I wouldnt want to be long usdjpy if there is a serious bout of risk off fueled by tapering.

UJ is definitely a pair that can go one direction a lot of pips and stay there for a long time without retracing, unlike EU and GU.

it's climbing back up again but once bitten twice shy even if it shoots up beyond 99 it's going to fall fast so those get ready to close your longs and put in your shorts.

Jesus christ i saw an alert on my cell it touched 98.8 and checked on mt4 and saw it was around 98.7 region but it had indeed crossed the 98.8 mark but turns out that was just a minute candle the damn thing fell down fast leaving a huge wick.

Sure some ppl caught it but they probably lost when it shot downwards yesterday. If anyone can play this pair to perfection catching all the moves he deserves to be a certified fortune teller able to predict the future.

Till Yesterday, I had 98,14, 98,2 - 98,4. Lost it all, whole week of watching charts and loading . Now I got just little 98,7. Miserable.

Wow, this is a tough market. Trading is always difficult but the last couple of days have taken it to another level.
I have no clue what I'm talking about.
Wish i didn't believe my dad when i was younger telling me that palm reading, crystal ball peering was just silly superstition cos you certainly need that trading this pair right now. No point using all those MACD, moving averages and reading the news BS you need a crystal ball or a pool of blood to look into.
