Hi guys been following for a few weeks now and forward testing EG104 on demo accounts and very happy with the results.
I have now gone live with 8 pairs @ 0.01 lots starting with $800 account.

I will add pairs as the capital grows and also withdraw partial profits each week or so.

Hello Bauta or any other knowledgeable member here,
I need help again. I was able to add "Day Target" and "Don't Trade On News" somewhat successfully but I get error "5004". Although I tried to download everything from page one here, I'm not exactly sure what folder to drop "i-min lot", and all other downloads as they are scripts and/or text, ex4 files which i put in experts folder. I hate to sound like a newbie but can I get step by step instructions on placing each download from page one? Also, i found that the Day Target EA helped answer one of my previous questions regarding take profit and closing orders when target is met in Tester and demo. I just need all things working together properly for further testing. Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.

When I got home this morning I saw multiple wins. Obviously my 1% target was hit. Why do my charts still show "disabled" and how do I get them to trade again? I reset the last date to present in Day Target but nothing happened. Auto trade and "smiley face" is on too.

looks like you are in a cent account, I do recommend you to reserve $300 for unexpected events. Instead of 8 pairs, trade 5

ApplySettingsToAll and I-MinLot go to scripts folder
EG104 and EG104_DayTarget go to experts folder
EG_104_DayTarget_Events goes to mql4\files folder

DayTarget will target only once per day. if you target then you are done. DayTarget will reset the next server date.
If you want to disable DayTArget, set percent and amount to zero (0) or stop using it. Why are you using it anyway if you are not respecting your preset target?

I do respect the preset target and all the work you put into making it happen. I just thought that it reset itself the same day to continue fresh again. I understand better now. Thanks for your help. I won't trade on friday per your advice and will wait til monday to see what happens. Respectfully, BoHanna

Question: If someone purchase your EA will an instruction manual be included with the downloaded EA or will they have to search these threads for the answers? I think a compilation of all the questions in this forum would make a great manual! I still look foward to your latest update combining symmetry and scalper with hedge on/off option. Thanks again

Dear Bauta,

My account was hurt by UJ down yesterday. The price went down sharply and my grid was only 15 points.
I'd like to give my suggestion to avoid such accident.
1. An option to restrict the time between two orders. For example, 30 secends. When price goes rapidly, EA will not open a lot of orders like it did in yesterday's UJ
2. An option to restrict number of total orders. For example, I will let EG open up to 7 orders. When price still goes in the same direction, I will decide to let EG run as before or stop openning new orders.

If EG adds in such options, it will be safer in some accidents.

Thanks for your recomendations. Yes, i do like both and yes, i was hurt yesterday too.
I will implement them. as:
SecondsBetweenSameOrder=30;
MaxSameDirectionOrders=7;

i will replace ATR by range, instead of using the total i will use the average including two times the 1 day range, and i will change GridFactor default to 3.

(177.3*2)+122.1+126.6+126.3=409.6/4=102.4
102 pips / gridfactor of 3 = 34
i will implement it on the next revision. I am testing it now.

I'm adding "President" and "Chairman" to my Day_Target_Events.txt list.
Seems when a President or Chairman of anything speaks then entire world moves...forex included
