don't be lazy and BUY a video to watch ... spend some time reading and learning on the internet. it's free... you don't have to spend money to make money in this case

yeah, i understand your point, but to totally newbie, i would like to SPEED UP the learning process and i think it is vital to have also the visual aspect of learning coupled with reading. remember, TIME IS MONEY
