Something happening on DOW at 22342... almost 2 hours can't go below even 1 tick, just bumping off that precise level

Edit: just realised it is about the –5% level, so circuit breakers at it again and trading stops when that level is reached. Gonna be funky if it does like last time with a minus >1k points at the cash open!
Probably just desperation, powers that be trying to slow down the market and dry up liquidity.

Pre market volume and other fundamentals are looking bad again. Unless the fed buy up or inject, it’s another red day.
