Hello all.!
When reviewing my initial deposit amount of my demo account in IBFX...
It changed!..
I opened the demo account with 60,000 usd, and everything was OK yesterday.
But today, when opened my account, the ticket 46682522 (the initial deposit) now is 58,951.16....! and not 60,000 usd

WTF?! I have been trading with this account since 3-august... any ideas?
I think you should file a complaint with the DNFA (Demo NFA)

Have you called them? Every time I have ever spoken with Customer service at IBFX, they are great. It would be just plain counter productive to try and solve such a serious issue here.
why don't you contact ibfx direct, can't nobody here help you with this, and no it doesn't happen with a real account.

done, they told me can be a problem because is a demo account, in a live one this issue can be resolved...
my initial deposit ticket was changed from 60,000usd to 58 after 1 month, IBFX didt knew what happened.

just wanted to verify this. i had a 50k demo account. they increased the deposit to 53k screwing my neat roi up. everyone i showed the account to had to hear the explanation that it started with 50k and the roi was better than it appeared. sux!

they later adjusted it but it still wasnt corrected properly. off by about $800 now.

I think you should file and complaint and try to call their customer care and see what they say. I have never heard such issue with them earlier. They are seems very honest in their trading.
If InterbankFX did this on their live accounts, you can bet there would be riots in the streets and massive posts about it on every forex forum imaginable.

Unless they bumped everyone's account deposit up!

Then people would be posting: "InterbankFX is the best broker in the world!"

The same thing happened to me just the day before yesterday. I've been on this demo since early June without any problems whatsoever. Then my initial "deposit" went from $50,000 to $49,643.20. I was just going to blow it off but then I thought this might be a good opportunity to test their customer support. I got in touch with someone on their live chat and the guy basically told me they just can't track demo accounts that closely. If it was a live account they would track it down and fix the problem. That sounded reasonable to me and the rep was very courteous and professional.
