I have always put every EA in the data folder. I have installed many EAs successfully but this 80A1 just can't load onto the charts. Do I need to add all the indicators or just the EA file?

I was trying to put it to work but it don't loads (journal don't says nothing).
If I try to compile I get the following errors:
