Attempt: $100 - $1,000,000 in one year

I'm just trying a very simple approach to see if it's possible to turn real money ($100 - $1.000.000) in one year.
Risk is very limited (tight SL or reverse) with possible huge winning possibilities.

An EA for MT4 would be nice with the option to reverse the position at a specific price level.
At the moment i must execute/switch the trades manually.

But that can't stop me.

My approach is simple: 99% of the time price will close either below or higher than at a specific time interval.

In the next 1-2 weeks i will exectute my first live trade.

There are some problems with MT4 I'm trying to solve.

Really interesting to see how you are going to achieve your target.

How is it ? Now it has been 1 month.

Looks like i can't fix this MT4 crap at all. That said it will be a 5x24h job. I don't really know how to solve that. Anyway. Next 1-2 weeks i will do the first trades maybe with smaller leverage to see how things work out.

U mean the EA timing function couldn't work properly for only trading from Mon to Fri ? I can help anywhere.

No it's not the timing function. I want integrate 3 things but MT4 can't handle it. So i must stay awake and execute or reverse manually and watch all (most of) the time.

Since i can't automate the original idea in MT4 i'm testing an different manual approach.

But the results below are from a demo account running since last week.
The pair is EUR/USD only with trading standard 2.5 lots.

if you check Forexsaint he made a few times in 1 month from 100$ to 10,000$ that is 100x of initial capital
If the second month starting with 10,000 and you can make the 100x that is 1 million.

I wouldn't say it is impossible!

And I know how is possible:
Take a broker, which allows high leverage. Like 500:1 I think he used 300:1 and sometimes even 500:1.

Wait for a news release, when you know it has very high impact.
Take a full boat trade at 500:1. 100x500 = 50,000 Half lot of something... USD/JPY
When you have got 20 pips, than you have +100% floating margin ( another 100%) take another full boat. it is 1 lot now and 200$ can be in pocket.
Wait for another 20 pip, to have the 100% of your capital: +200$ and take 1 full lot. Now 400$ can be in pocket and 40 pip went in your direction.
wait for other 20 pip and add 2 more lot, now 800$ is your capital, 60 pip in your direction.
wait 20 pip and add 4 more lot, 1600$ is your capital 80 pip in direction.
wait 20 pip and close! 3200 $ in pocket and 100 pip in your direction ( NFP) (100 pip + spreads : 110 - 160 in real case)

Note, if only lone time the price is going back 20 pip, you lost everything, you will have to start again: fill with 100$ and wait.

Other problem:
When the price is going in one direction and there is no pullback than is moving very fast. If you are with an ECN than you are lagging with 10-20 pips!!!
If you are playing with Market Maker, than he will wide the spread ( Oanda) or not fill your orders at all. If is filled, than he has no time to externalise the orders to interbank and he will get a loss. If for a MM you make a 10k-100k loss, than your orders will not filled, or you get a mail to go elsewhere in 2 days or your winning trades will be deleted: ex FxOpen...

Take care at news spikes: make sure you are living, near that data centre, where your REAL ECN broker has the server hosting! - ask it maybe...

Thanks for your idea but i have a strategy. It's usually not news-trading.
I have to change the approach a bit when trading eur/usd (most fx volume here with moderate volatility).

When the testing phase is finished trading with a live account will follow.
The current demo results are not bad but i'm not satisfied yet due to some factors i don't wanna elaborate.

Anyway. I hope to go live very soon.

I'm not sure yet if i will continue trading only the eur/usd. Maybe more volatile pairs can generate better results.

Hi No-Luck, must say you've got a hell of a sweet equity curve there. Im assuming your RR is huge relative to your risk (tight stops).

If you dont mind and are willings, was wondering if you would expand a tid bit more regards to your comment below:

My personal time interval is a whole week.
I'm (re)viewing the markets and instruments from week to week, from Sunday to Friday.
The average weekly volatility is very important to me for building some good r:r expectations.

To beat the time i try to look for prices which were touched very few times or trade among big round numbers.
That are places where i enter or switch positions.

I expect price can't stay at one area forever and soon or later the big boys will move the instruments (either one direction).
