missed the trade because i waited at the red origin, but it turned inside the yellow FL, which is the symmetry for the green FL

i guess you can consider that symmetry, mmm i would consider that an LS. I dont know how IF describes it exactly. but whatever they're just definitions

symmetry is the bouncing of price from rs or left shoulders, but price doesnt bounce to the pip to rs or ls because it actually bounces to decision points inside the kink
there were two decison points inside your kink, either combine the two and put the stop loss below the lower one , or put the stop below each one , you decided to wait for the mpl, thats too an option, it depends on the risk on trade you want to take.

I guess thats the only way to trade them.
Taking both the DPs often makes the zone too wide so my the RR becoming ugly.
will just wait at the MPL like usual then.

Hi beefstew. Ive been trading crypto for the past month except for the past week. I focused on crypto because less candles to look at. Anyway, in the past, Ive gotten into trades in which I saw an ENG down and placed my SL beyond all time high and there were times it didn't work so I can only conclude that we can't be sure or use as origin the all time high.

So you mean since it is the all time high, we dont know if that high already reach its target or not right?
Because i meant the same.

I rarely trade crypto, but on that particular setup i couldnt take it because the all time high might still got FOed since we dont know what it reacted from, it might as well in the middle of no where in HTF.

Btw, how less candles help you trade?
Isnt it mean less information so you cant make much decision?
When its all time high like this you just look for buy?

BTW yellow, orange, red badges mean nothing. They are just given based on the impact they have made on each thread or based on the number of followers they have. Do your own research and practise. Practise and Practise. You will find what FLs work and what FLs dont work. Not everything a Red/yellow/orange badge holder says is true. It is what they have grasp. It doesnt mean that what he/she says is the absolute truth.

For me, it less information to analyze compared to forex and I scroll left less. I think I went short more often than I went long, because it was around January- BTCUSD was consolidating (sorry guys) for sometime. In hindsight, it would have been ideal to look for a buy. If I were to add traditional technical analysis knowledge (excuse me), a trend is most likely to continue than to end.

Oh great, thats gold right? i also have a similar zone on gold, will wait for confirmation to buy. The drop now is very strong though, and it might have respected something on the last high. Might got ignored?

Yeah.
My bad story is not that 4 years.

But when I pointed out someone who suspicious and everybody comes to be rude on me. And one of them is just from the same country with me.

Better everybody who able to know what RTM is be silent but enjoy yourself trades to trades.

When we talk about money, it is hard not to be low life people.
It includes me.

When there is someone looks like help you alot. Pointing this and that. Looks like he almost knows everything. Then when I find the real thing when I get profit from. And I know someone has already lied to me for years......

I must take action.

If there is somebody else here wants to be serious on his/her trading. Better you find IFmyante, himself.

No. I am not his student. I don't pay him any penny. I don't really care about him (IF).

My "traders help traders" thing is just go find him (IF) and cut many years of darkness.

But, I know, without hard work everything just pointless.
