Readthemarket (Ifmyante) - Is it legit stuff or not?

Hello guys. I'm really enthusiast about trading and, even if i have my own trading strategy already, i really enjoying reading stuff you guys post here and learn new things and read about new ideas.

One of the threads which grabbed my attention the most is the one from "Ifmyante", which is the founder of readthemarket.com.

While in the past ifmyante shared all his knowledge for free on the forum, now you would have to pay to study it. So, the questions i have for you are:

1. Did anyone attend ifmyante's forum? Are the info there legit, clearn, and made you profitable?
2. If you have studied it, what do you think about his strategy? Was he really able to catch the exact turning point like "the legends" say?

Hello KeenPips, thank you for your kind reply. I'm doing it: but, unfortunately, i'm not getting redsword11's work. He often posts charts with little to no explanations and its really hard for someone without the basics of his methods to get what he's doing. Any advice? What can you tell me about RTM and ifmyante?

Yeah i heard about him being a scammer, but his Supply/demand is widely used. Why would people use it if it doesnt work?

S&D zones alone means nothing. When somebody is trading S&D zones successful then always in conjunction with PA, correlation, confluence... When you take trades simply because price is in a zone you will lose. S&D zones will give you the location to look out same like S&R etc. but you have to know what PA is doing!!!!

Ok thank you for your explanations! I was really curious about ifmyante's techniques because he claims that he and rtm traders can identify really accurate reversal points in the market! Was trying to understand if these statements were true or not

This was all discussed on this thread. If you pay for courses that make unsubstantiated claims of future earnings, then you are committing fraud in the US.

In February, the FTC brought a lawsuit alleging that OTA, led by Eyal Shachar, had deceived consumers for years with claims that purchasers of OTA’s investment training were likely to generate significant income. OTA claimed that anyone could learn to use its strategy, and filled its sales pitch with testimonials and hypothetical trades showing significant profits.

“OTA pitched a get-rich-quick investment strategy using fake or unrepresentative testimonials, depictions of wealth, and implied promises of profits,” said Andrew Smith, the Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. “OTA had no support for its lavish earnings claims, and that’s illegal.”

There are many if not most of the courses out there that make the same claims and use similar marketing. You have to do your own due diligence before you part with your hard earned cash.

just saw this. yes legit, but also extremely hard to learn. its already hard enough to learn even if you have all the materials, its even harder to learn with info spread out over forum posts. its not simply about trading setups, mmm more about how the market is structured, how the algos run, how tricks are played to fill big orders. i dont recommend it unless you are deadly serious and willing to spend at least 2 years studying and practicing. you've gotta be one of those people that loves to learn and figure things out to do this without their academy and can tolerate high levels of frustration. Even with all the material not many people can combine it all, add in good trading mechanics, and make it all work. Although im sure this is true of all other styles.

I combined a knowledge from RTM and other traders that are putting knowledge on YouTube.
I only use the principles that are logical and same in all trading academy's...
The best trades that I take are from higher timeframe support and resistance levels... it gives me monster trade returns with high RR
The more you complicate around trading, more frustrated you become, because of your invested time and money.
