Good to see you back here. I agree with your sentiment. I was on here for the last few weeks calling a reversal pattern, but maybe my timing was just out (a little ).

I still suspect it'll happen a little like the blue lines show, but it really could still turn around and head north at around 129 (orange line). Either way, we will probably see 129 again.

Forex and luck are like night and day: they'll never be in the same place.

Actually I don't see sign of reversing so there is no reason to think that it will reverse.

When there will be a sign of reverse (could be tomorrow or nextmonths) should go to 129.70

Well, the Friday morning descent hit my SL profit and I cashed in 580 cumulative pips on the risk account (to bad I didn't close the trades earlier on Thursday on the spike up, but I lost internet at work and you can't do much analyses on the mobile phone), so my head doesn't hurt so much from losing 150 pips on Friday.

And no, I didn't left any long trades open, but I'll will develop some rules for the next time. It seems I have a sort of ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). I mean I am using certain EMAs as a dynamic resistance/support and somehow I didn't see 20 EMA at 4H chart. Should I have put SL profit 27 pips below where it was I would NOW still be cumulative 300 pips extra in profit. I learn something new every day...

If the top will hold I was thinking about the development the same as Mpt. So I am already short from the top of the recent move, minimum SL.

Well, I am not a pro, but if the top holds I would say 127 area in 3 weeks and 123 area in 3 months. What would you say, if the top holds?

You're an ema only kind of guy. Have you noticed your big happy friendly 50 SMA monthly inbound? It so much wants to be friends and join the action. It's come a LONG way since way back at 213.5.
No, no, I see myself mainly as a Price Action guy, but GBPJPY many times disregards PA. I do use EMAs as a dynamic pivots and general direction help, but I don't trade EMAs in the sense of the specific strategy. They represent maybe 20% vote at the decision making. I don't use 50 SMA, but since you mentioned it, it is in very close distance to the EMA that I do use on the weekly chart (about 40 pip below the 50 SMA monthly). Honestly I would prefer for a market to copy two red moves from several weeks ago and don't just go ballistic up.

The top is faraway (133.50 or 135.00)
If it holds we could have a trading range between 135.00 and 132.00 for a while.

Don't forget that tonight we have some BOJ speaks. BOJ will not deny further easing, and it will push yen south. (and gbp/jpy north)
Monday could be very directional... to the north.

I agree with you. This week is loaded with fundamentals that IMO will keep pushing Yen pairs to the north.
