Lol you didn't understand anything. I said that I fall for the bonus while otherwise I will never be convinced to open an account with any broker. I never requested to withdrawal their bonus .I asked to withdrawal my initial deposit of 1, 000 euro and total profit of 2, 700 euro . My total claim is for 3,649 euro from the 4, 649.46 . Don't make silly comments please if you are not in the situation , the topic should unify people with the same situation not to attract less intelligent people as yourself. You called me new trader, however considering the joining date of your on forexfactory.com you are very fresh baby in the market and wish you good luck in controlling your losses . I'm from Europe , to be polite and answer your question

OK Sorry I wrong understand you sorry. Im in the same situation. I cannot withdraw money too from IronFX.. I have also declined... I dont know what to do in this situation? Some guarantees ? How can I get my cash back guarantee get??

Hello Guys,

i am an IB and i have been trading with Iron from 2014 December all was working fine until 5 weeks ago when i requested my withdrawal and i got the famous email that my account is under investigation!

Just want to make sure to bring up additional negative awareness regarding this broker. Many of my friends face the same issue for a month now.

Share you experience as well!

Mariodrugs, can you provide us some proof of what you claim? Screnshot for example? My withdrawal is waiting for 5th day, as always - waiting to be processed :/
Ok, did you send them an email of why they are not processing your withdrawal? Any official reason from them? Aren't they replying to you by email, live chat, phone calls?!
I was writing them every 1-2 days on their live chat on the IronFX website and I also sent them mail to [email protected]. On chat they always claimed that it will be processed and they will process with with higher priority. I haven't receieved any reply to the e-mail yet. Official reason - no official reason, they act like they want to send it. Phone calls - I haven't tried it yet.

Finally got my funds and profit paid. What did they earned from all this hassle ? Nothing . My initial request was to withdrawal the deposit , which will lead of course in loosing the bonus . I was never intended to claim the whole account , however since they refuse to pay me without a reason I took the call to withdrawal everything and stopped all the trades on their platform .Now What I lose? Nothing . I stay away from the stress of being rejected again and carry on my trades on more serious Brokers. I advise and as a feedback , to stay away from them , maintain the same opinion from the beginning "poor customer service" which is vital in financial Markets. There is no trust , luckily was not a big account to worry about it but imagine what will happen if decide to withdrawal after a year or two of trading. Bottom line I'm lucky and will be very careful from now on where I keep my money , suggest you to make a trial a withdrawal some money to see what will happen. P.S. And by the way , they have never apologized , not that it matters anyway now for me but just for the fact.
Dopodopo. i have the same idea with you. Ironfx have a stupid management, rubbish CEO, shit financial management. What they are doing is scaring away all their clients by delaying withdraw with a long waiting. Client have no more trust to them.
How can client put money if they have no more trust?
All the stupid management and rubbish CEO should be fired and replaced.
Ironfx Delaying withdraw will result to clients panic. Loss trust. And client withdraw all the remaining balance and scared away
Finally, will result to massive capital flight and financial crisis inside Ironfx
If they failed to get new client to deposit, they will collapse.
The question is who want to deposit??no one
who want to withdraw because of panic?getting much more and more
