I have noticed at the point of trade when price crosses the band.
I will miss the trade because slope has not yet hit 0.50+
but later it shows it did ?
With practice you can clearly see where it will repaint too. It is not an issue once you master it.

For those who are down GBP and/or EURUSD -100 to -200, I just want to share that I was down on a live account over -1000 pips each on 2 trades about 6 months ago and they came back to BE without using Recovery.

It took weeks for that to happen but it happened. If I used Recovery it would have been much sooner seeing it in hindsight.

If you bet small enough and wait long enough odds are high you will get a BE on large negative trades.

Just my .02c.

You can have a blue candle cross the band and then wait for a color change to enter the order. The candle that crosses the band does not have to be red. I believe you need to read the rules more carefully.

You know what? We talk a lot about different aspects of trading which are helpful, but if you only have to remember one thing, remember the phrase in bold face above. If you do this always, you will beat the markets consistently. Remember, price returns to a price level 99% of the time. The key is playing small enough for two reasons:

1- So you can use Recovery without putting a strain in your account, in order to cut your BE time in half.

2- So you can continue trading while your negative trade recovers.

With practice, you will win over 90% of the time with Extreme TMA. You may always have a trade in recovery but the large percentage of winners will make the difference.

Yes. Once the candle crossed the outer band, the trade is valid. Now youīre waiting exclusively for the candle to flash red for a second. It doesnīt matter where the candle is anymore. It could be much further across the band or it could be slightly inside it. Once it turns color, you enter the trade.

You may say to yourself: "I thought Al was holding EU till 1.2600"?

That is true, but I entered recovery and I will close the trade at breakeven as I always do. AFTER I close the trade, I will evaluate it again and if I still feel the same way I did, I will reenter it. Remember, you can always reenter the trade, but it is important to fix in your mind the thought that Recovery is for exactly that. For Recovery. Always exit a Recovery trade at BE. Donīt fall to the temptation to turn a bad trade into a winner. Exit the trade and then reenter it as a NEW trade. Believe me, it makes a difference in your mindset.

You're absolutely correct. Semafor indi almost does the same thing as spike indi.
It does repaint. When there is a nearby new HH or LL this indi repaints.

TMA system tries to trade the swing highs and swing lows. It's impossible to pick the exact high or low every time. We're definitely going to make mistakes. That's why Al introduced recovery method to deal with the mistakes. But there're still people like to trade with stop losses. Semafor is just one of the methods trying to do that. It's not a final product, but with my limited experience...

Do you means that Semafor indic is used to confirm our entry point, but it only give us reference only ? not confirmation signal ?? just like spike before ?? or it is better than spike indic ??

or it need to improve itself by coding ??

I hope you will not take the following observations personally, because they are not meant to be personal.

1. Where does it say that this thread is about educating beginning traders? I can't find it and I just reread page 1 (which took up my time) to see if any reference to educating beginning traders was there and I couldn't find one. Beginning traders often expect other more experienced traders to hold there hand so they can learn to trade like an experienced trader, but this is very time consuming and not what the thread is about. This thread is about testing and developing a profitable system based on the indicators that Al has found useful, adding new indicators if they prove useful, and developing indicators for specific situations that arise. The traders on this thread have been very successful at this endeavor. It is a group effort, each contributing according to their abilities. Never has it been stated that the goal of the thread is to educate new traders.
What abilities do you have that can move this project forward exactly? I'm sure that if you have something worthwhile to contribute, Al and others would be interested and you would get a prompt response, if the other traders are not busy at the time. Constant and repeated questions from beginners slow the progress of the thread, and, in fact, Al previously stated that if you ask a question that has already been asked, it's obvious that you have not put in the time and effort in to educate yourself, so he would refuse to respond. In other words, dear trader, READ THE THREAD THROUGH COMPLETELY BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS, AND EDUCATE YOURSELF TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITIES BEFORE HAND TO SHOW THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK. READING PAGE 1 IS JUST THE BEGINNING! THE THREAD IS FULL OF USEFUL INFORMATION THAT MANY EXPERIENCED TRADERS HAVE CONTRIBUTED. USE IT AS THE RESOURCE THAT IT IS.

2. There is nothing personal about not getting answered, so please stop acting like a child demanding attention. There are very few traders active at this time of day, and many are thinking of other things besides giving you a free elementary education.

Something that I will give you free of charge, that is invaluable to a new trader, is that whinning is a sure fire way to be an unsuccessful trader. 5. This is thread is invaluable, and free, so if you start demanding service, you need to cough up the money and find a paying service, that has the requirement to service its customers.

I have absolutely nothing against you, personally, so please do not respond as if I do. Show your maturity by taking responsibility and responding in the same constructive manner that interactions on this thread are commonly conducted, please.

Outside the M15, H1 and H4 bands. The next move is to the bottom of the H1. Patience and maneuvering room are essential.
