Morning BFSG. Should be an interesting day. I will be looking to take some more partial profits between today and tomorrow. Hope I don't make the wrong decisions

Technically I will be an economist very soon, but I find that quite embarrassing (because they are always wrong), so I'm sticking with 'trader' or 'exchange rate decider'.

The Bloomberg helpdesk described it as "an internal function which is set up to test."
If this is true, what does this mean exactly?

Technically: here is a ABC correction in EW so you can see that C could reach any of those levels. If right now there is a small correction @1.253 and then break 1.261 the possibilities increase because the targets depends of the deep of the first retracement...
Fundamentally: Nobody knows how long gets the market after the election, but how you said the is: "large net short position" (its the biggest all times). If the election is really good to Greece stays in the EZ, the possibility that fear fills all those people is big and then covered...
And the net short position is not the biggest of all time but it's close. The times it was larger than this we got a 2000 pip short squeeze, and when net longs were larger than net shorts are right now (May 1st 2011), we got bearish reversal (and the 20% silver price smash in 2 seconds)
But still not at what I would consider an extreme net short position

What levels are you looking at taking partial profit? 1.2520 or 1.2450 maybe?
