Hmm ... ISRAEL is always being a high tension territory as I've read about. Powerful countries are always after it may be bacause of owning the Oil power. Middle class and poors are always being the victim of this insane power chase.

English must be most commonly used foreign language there but Arabic I think only medium for the Govt. Schools / Colleges ?

In Finland we start learning first foreign language at age of 9 in third grade - mostly english. Even so, there is major part of finns who don't speak english.

For example me - I have a bad grammar.

Well here we are. Overnight we had lots of USD dumping, most of it probably due to Japanese capital repatriation for their fiscal year end.
Will USD dumping continue today, or are we gonna see this pair take a dive back down to yesterday's lows? Beats me. These re-balancing operations tend to be a bit freaky and unpredictable. Whatever direction you decide to go if you trade today, just make sure you keep tight stops. If 1.3385 manages to get breached today (I doubt it as I believe we are range bound), then we will probably reach 1.3430 with around 1.3480 area in extension. To the downside, we have 1.3325 and 1.33 in extension.

Today I believe I will be just a spectator.
