If you're asking this question, I hope you're not trading live. I don't think anyone here trades during a sideways market. It is better to get into a trade once you have an idea what direction it is going. The tools given here just helps you with confirmation. Don't trade live until you're extremely comfortable and trade only with money that you are not afraid to lose or else you'll lose it.

Most successful trader do not go live at least for 6mos-1yr they trade in a virtual account. There's more to understanding the market then to FULLY rely on...

Perfectly agree with you! Do not burn your account, burn those demo account instead .

I have been monitoring this thread for a week, doing some back and forward testing, crunching some numbers. This system require the user to have some trading experiences, at least to recognize those S/R level and candlestick patterns and formation. For this week, I have 7 wins out of 7 trade for this system. Thank you for Evaluator, this is a good system (at least useful to read a trend).

Regards,

Bypasser

PS: I take an early entry with lower SL(35 pips), so far it still works.

Don't worry about it Eval. Every now and then you're going to get a bad apple in here. 99.99% of the posters in this forum are greatly appreciative of this system. I for one can say Thank you sincerely for this system. Just yesterday alone, over 100+ pips. We will have bier together when I come to Germany. You are in Munich or Berlin?
Ignored

I prefer München...besser bier und schöne Leute.

I am no ego to hurt. I make money with my system and has no change in 3 years. If people do not like it then they no like and they have my best wish to find new system that suit them. I will continue with what I have because it works in both trend and consolidation markets.

Eval.

Extremely volatile market this morning. Lots of whip lashing. Was already caught up in one. Didn't want to hold on to the position so cut out early. I might sit this morning out and see what happens once the ECB speech is concluded. Too much indecision this morning between bears/bulls.

Yes., NEVER trade a new system with real money. Always demo trade to prove to you that you can do it and are comfortable with it functionality and change in condition and signals. I would suggest trade the system with demo dollar for a minimum 30 days and use strick rules and not make any change regardless. Then at the end of 30 day you should see more money in demo account than you loose. After all that is the whole purpose right? YOu make more than you loose???

I have an 80% success rate with Symphonie System and I have posted the results on Post#1 to back up my claim. So you are free to read for yourself. I even turn into signal service for a while and posted my orders the charts and the final results. All one has to do is read my posts.

The key to successful Forex trader is solid plan, proper money management, and the discipline to state consistant in follow of the plan. Once you comprimise then you have destroyed all you work for because you are no longer consistant.

''Consistancy is the KEY to trading success!''

You can see from the attached Daily chart that we haven't had a decent retrace for some time now, and that the bullish divergence *might* be a 'heads up' for a retrace.

Nothing is for sure, but something to keep in the back of your mind

I hope people are paying attentions as to what is developing on the EURUSD. Great potential here!!! Watch the bottom of the bear flag at 1.26950 a close below that level will be indication euro drops lower.

If you find yourself in a sideways market to avoid whipsaws you may wish to modify the trendline input settings to 63 18 which will make the conditions for change of the trendline harder. By increasing these settings in trendline you will see that the factors for a signal become harder and you then will beable to enter the market once the market begins to trend again. Also, make sure you are paying attention to the 240 row of the Heiken Ashi indikator that will help to keep you in the direction of the overall trending of the market.

I agree with Evaluator. From the chart that I post you could see, a possible head and support formation plus a bear flag(on Evaluator's chart). On the other side, the price hit a support level(two of them, look the price line in the chart I post earlier).

This could be a perfect recipe for a whipsaw, today for EURUSD I would only take a short position. If the two support are breached with decent volume, might be today or tomorrow, this could mean a downtrend for next week.

1.26950 is now the level to watch. I would not sell until a break this level.

That's mean you are a prudent one my friend. I on the other side are the type who take a little bit more risk and take a short with tight SL on the new high in hope for a small gain (I won't use the signal from your system as I expect a ranging market today).

I think 1.27500 is the level to watch if we go higher. If euro can break and hold above 1.27500 then we go higher. the bottom of bearflag now moves from 1.26950 to 1.27170
