Hi Seller9,
I can get TDI to close on CROSS and FLAT but not on 'negative'.
Can you please check into the logic.

DislikedHello Seller, I'm using the TMS_V15-15M that you published the post-1278. I changed "TdiClose0Neg = true", made 2 trades winners. Now with this I would like to get 4H, simply change the original timeframe (from 15M to 240), or should I change something else? This post of 1278 is very good, I can indicate the change to 4H ?
Good job, congratulations, I will follow you from the beginning.Ignored
Dislikedanother question:
i'am running the bot on 5ema signals right now, turned stoch and everything else off. only zone is activated.
i notice that the bot is closing some orders too early, sometimes a few seconds after it opened the order. after the order is closed, the price runs further in my direction, it would have been a very nice trade. but now only peanuts.
which signals does the bot get to close the order?
attached a screenshot of an example.
edit: attached also the settings.Ignored
Dislikeddoes anybody has the problem that the bot, after it did some trades, seems to sleep and doesn't react on new signals, although the dashboard says "Trading active"?
if i see clear signals, but the bot doesn't open a trade, i press F7 (for settings), press ok, answer the live trading-question with yes and voilà - it gets a signal and opens a trade.Ignored
DislikedIt only uses the following to close a trade.
These are hidden from the Broker and the Robot will close a trade if you are using one of them.
extern bool TdiCloseONcross = false;
extern bool TdiCloseONflat = false;
extern bool TdiCloseONneg = false;
These determine what get sents to the Broker.
extern int StopLoss=0;
extern int StopLoss5ma=1;
extern int StopLossCounterTrend=0;
extern int SLmultiplier = 0;
Check these settings.
Edit: Looks like you are using StopLoss5ma so your Stop Loss is 1 pip below/above the 5ema shift 2, thats real close....Ignored
DislikedIs this after just one trade on the same Pair or does it take a second or third or etc trade on the same Pair before this happens?Ignored
Dislikedyes, meanwhile i changed it to 5 pips.
but the stoploss wasn't triggered. in my screenshot (post #1285) you can see the last trade in the order history. the order was opened at 0.86978, sl was at 0.86946 and the order was closed at 0.86985. so the order was closed with 0.7 pips profit and 3.9 pips away from the stoploss. and the stoploss isn't coloured in red in the history tab. this was something else....
meanwhile i had some more of these weird order closes....Ignored
Dislikedi don't know exactly, i have about 15 pairs running, but i think it does more than 1 trade on the same pair before it starts sleeping. i will have a closer look next time, how many trades it has done.
by the way: tradeonce is set to false.Ignored
Dislikedno i have TdiCloseONcross on false because i dont want to use the cross. only fixed sl and trailing stop. as i can see you have TdiCloseONcross on true, you only changed the behaviour (close on static or dynamic cross).Ignored
DislikedI did find a bug in the timer in that routine that should fix the problem in the next version.
I will do some testing to see if it is OK now.Ignored
Dislikedwell i see in your set file on post #1285 you have
-StopLoss5ma=1 (your SL which im using also)
-SLmultiplier=0 (it should be set to something, Seller9 says it will look for 1 pip over/under the 5ema when at -0- so this shoud have a number in there i have 100 or 150 now)
-UseDynamicTDIcrossClose=1 (this should be set to false even if the setting below is false also just in case)
-UseCandlestickTrailingStop=1 (your trailing stop) think i'll try this on some of my charts.
i had my SLmultiplier to 0, now i set it to 100 and some to 150 and now...Ignored

DislikedIf the Robot would have closed the trade on any of its Close Trade settings you would have gotten an alert showing which one. Looks to me like since you are using a fixed stop loss, this is Broker controlled. The EA sends an alert when it closes a trade, if you didn't get an alert the Broker closed the trade.
Put your cursor over the candle and turn on your Data Window and see what the real prices were, as the candles don't give a true representation of what they are and see if the price did go to your stop loss.Ignored
