DislikedI'm very new to this method, in fact, I came from the dark side of indicators-filled charting systems and automated trading robots. I want to learn this method.
I hope I don't come across as offending or troublemaking, but can anyone tell me if this style is similar or different or improvement or variation of the following that I've heard of in the past?
- James16 Group
- Sam Seiden's Supply/Demand
- Lance Beggs' YourTradingCoach.comIgnored
DislikedHi MMaker
I cannot speak for LJ but in my own opinion much of the material here and the aforementioned sites are similar in terms of trading concepts and strategies but they have never been explained to the level of detail as they are here. The REAL skill comes down to APPLICATION. LJ is one of those few traders that can and has applied it, made it his own and has become profitable doing so.
Experience in this business counts for a lot, LJ has obviously accumulated enough to become a credible mentor in his own right and not just a Sam Seiden franchise....Ignored
DislikedI agree and that's why I'm here. I'm willing to learn but I had to start somewhere ..... the James16 Group threads were way into hundreds of thousands of posts for me to find the beginning. Sam Seiden of OnlineTradingAcademy had many freely available videos as well as leaked private videos from his XLT (Extended Learning Track) courses, again I have to start from the very beginning. Lance Beggs's YTC-PAT and YTC-Scalper had over 600 pages pdf to read through and the pace was tediously too slow for me.
I found LJ Forex Group and instantly liked...Ignored

DislikedYes, order-flow is not static it is dynamic i.e. orders at price levels are constantly changing.
If you take a look at H1, what can you determine about the strength of selling versus buying since price hit the higher DBD...
If you look at M5 when price hit the FTB long entry, what does the PA tell us, what do we expect in terms of PA at an FTB area...
The above can give us clues to what to expect from our FTB setup in terms of targets and also warn us when the setup it looking likely to fail (i.e. when in the trade).

There was a small ftb rejection followed by a a couple of hours of ranging right on the level. A good ftb should reject price faster than this,,,I gave it some time due to the time of day...but this is ideally not waht I want to see. You can see where I enterered..the signs of a less than ideal reaction were clearly there I guess.
