thank you for your response, i'm new to trading and until now i didn't know what was requotes, but starting to understand. I get everything you said, the broker have "time" to see everything, probably that's what happen. The only thing that i realy can't understand is how can i had my code working like i wanted for 96hrs and after that it started to fail.. it's impressive when i watch my trade history every trade open from the pendings where correct, no splippage at all. Example, Pending was at 1,33456 sl 1,33396 tp 1,33524, if this became active. the values were the same 96 hrs later, the same trade open at 1,33447 or 1,33466 i think you get the point. Now i'm only trade 2 pendings at a time and even those ones get different valueshttp://50.22.104.143/~forum/images/b...-highlight.gif

Pending means the order is already on the broker's server, so the platform already "know" your order and is ready to match it. Because MT4 is a matching platform, either your broker take the opposite trade, or they match you with another trader. Pending orders also save the lag (in miliseconds) it takes to send your order to the server, wich can be significant if you live far away, physically.
If you aim for the stars- but miss, you still get the moon...

I understand everything you are saying, the question is simple, why for 96 hrs more than 20.000 signals (probably open, delete and make new pendings, not actual trades), only after this, and a profit of 100% and also reaching the value i had deposit in the past and lost, only after all of this, the broker can't mach my orders like it use to in the past 4 days?

Why on one day i had more than 4000 orders that open with the same values as they had when waiting as a pending order, and after all i have said it hapen it doesn't ?

This is a simple question, i'm not saying that it can't have slippage but something went wrong after 4 days, the computer is the same, the place is the same, the code is the same, this are the things i can control, the broker i can't...

I just want a reason for this, i don't mind if the reason is i can't have the EA that i have, just give me a reason why, and why it worked so well and 4 days later it never work well again.

Today i'm trading only 1 at a time i'm sending max, 5 signals per minute, and only this, the orders don't match with the pendings.. i have my trade history on the last good day, 50 signals in one minute, it open 20 orders from pendings, 10 with one price and other 10 with other and all stay in the price, and the stops were right.. if the problem was the connection, i never had the profit that i had.

The bonus is not allowed to be withdraw out. It is a form of "extra credit" so that your overall equity is higher. I believe you are able to lose the credit if I am not wrong.

Hello,

I have an account Real in XM.com (XEMarkets), and something happened that had me worried .... In some pairs the GBP, appeared a candle for 1 minute with a great move ... This same movement, not happened in Graphical other brokers I checked ... That had me worried ... I sent an email requesting explanations for XM, but so far no answer ..

Is this a maneuver of the brokerage, to hunt some StopLoss ??
What most experts think that ?? This is something common that eventually happens in all brokers serious ?? I'm confused ...

Hi,

didnt even notice since I rarely look on less than 1h chart. But I do have it also on my micro account, and also not visible at other brokers.

My opinion, the wicks are to short to be used to trigger stop-losses by the broker (no effect if you were trading at least at 15M timeframe charts). And by the timestamp its just after asia opened, it would be much more efective during london or US session. By the looks the wicks are also turned in the major trend direction of the pairs, if you are looking at least 15M timeframes. It would be a loooot more effective if they were turned to the other side.

Maybe the broker just lost GBP liquidity, as candle bar was full at the end of the minute. As the spreads are variable, it could just show like that.

At some other broker I noticed those spikes every few months. But they were 1M wicks, not full 1M bars. Now those were real spikes, you could see them clearly on 1D chart. Almost as long as on your charts, but daily timeframe.

Just my opinion (for me not being relevant, since they dont mean anything on timeframes I trade).

Hurry up and open a demo account and see if you can see it in there. If you can't, that's a huge first warning. Second of all, check to see if that spike disappears. If it does, then possibly they are stop loss hunting and correcting the price feeds so those not present at their terminal won't question too much.

If XM support gets back to you and say it is a server issue or some kind of pricing technical issue, don't fully believe it. These things do happen, but let's not forget that this is just a software. If it worked before, why should it break down now? Yes, could be an update that had a bug or some other factor, but keep in mind that brokers often put the blame as 'technical problem'. In truth, is it really a technical problem? Unless you are the broker, then no one knows for sure. This is just a heads up as if this happens too often, then chances are they are stop loss hunting. After all, a broker will give you any excuse that they are not stop loss hunting.

Here is the response from the support of XM to my email ...
It is in Portuguese (my native language), but I will translate it in English in google translator to post here ...

Good morning,

Alright thank you.

We offer market conditions and prices are coming directly from liquidity providers and we have no control over them.

This was a problem for them and not for us, but as we are a fair question to investigate and take all necessary actions.

Please provide me the ticket numbers of the positions that were affected so I can investigate this further.

Very obligation,

Sincerely,

Helene Zenios

Dear stefanijadrv,

I think that FF members can be misled by your recent posts. Please note that withdrawals are normally processed in 24 hours.

I believe you are fully aware that the bank you used in the past has been acquired by a different bank. This is the reason why your withdrawal was not processed on time. You and your account manager have come to an agreement that your trading account will be credited with $300 dollars until you receive the withdrawal amount in the new banking facility after your old bank is merged with its new owner.

After the problem with your withdrawal had been resolved, you placed a new request on 15th of August and it was processed on the 16th of August.

Best regards,
Andrey

This means that if you are using one of the electronic payment methods offered for withdrawals, you will receive your funds once your withdrawal request has been processed. Withdrawals via bank wire transfer are also processed in 24 hours but it may take up to 5 working days for the funds to arrive in your bank account.

To learn more about Account Funding and Withdrawals please visit our website.

Best regards,

it's mainly just a rebranding. this isn't the first case, tadawulfx changed to liquidmarkets and changed their complete order processing structure. avafx rebranded to avatrade. is there any real benefits to this? i guess perhaps to try and hide reputation from the past? if you have lots of complaints against xemarkets, but then now it's just xm, many will not make this relationship that it's the same broker? guess FPA will actually create a new data entry of XM instead of just changing the XEMarkets entry to link to XM.

Dear jhehe,

Please note that both XM and XM Partners are brands operated by Trading Point. There have not been any name changes in the in the registers of financial authorities, where the company is registered as Trading Point.

As for the website that you have mentioned, I kindly ask you to study this website and, specifically, XM's entry first before making such assumptions.

Best regards,
Andrey
