QuoteDislikedExtreme price excursions are what we are looking to trade against, so we should be looking at price itself (vs a norm). Trading TMA offsets with semi-martingale MM based on geo. progression(on each successive entry,derceasing retracement nec. for profitable outcome while increasing pos. size as function of reduction in retracement), with SL after X departure from norm. This is probably best try at this approach to trading.

Steve , when you are doing an enhancement , filter or whatever next bug fix would it be possible to also put in an option to close the corr pair when in profit as an option and whatever value in dosh the user would like
It annoys me to watch the yellow line for an hour or so and only to close at something silly like -0.71.
Only when you have time yeh , its not a showstopperIgnored
DislikedYou can always use MTPM for that. Its one of the most useful EAs on FF and much under estimated.Ignored
DislikedYeh good idea, I am just trying to think how to incorporate MPTM with the CloseTradeStoch level though
I was thinking of having logic like
If istoch diff was equal to CloseTradeStoch and/or PairBalance > profitlevel
{ close trade }
else
continue
e.g I did not want the trade to close if the CloseTradeStoch was met but we were still less than 0 balance (on that pair)
I could change steves program for how I want it , but I thought it would benefit others, hence I suggested itIgnored

DislikedHi Steve

"Trade only positively correlated pairs with a total of 3 different currencies one of which "MUST" be hedged ie: (Buy)EurCad (Sell)EurUsd. This way you are hedged for any risk event on "EURO". Risk events for "CAD" or
"USD"increase the deviation between "CAD"and "USD" and is where you make your money on entering...Ignored
