This is my first post ever, I love what I see here, how you are helping each other and the simplicity of this method.
I am trying to coop with you, attached this indicator which could help, it finds engulfed candles for any number you want and for any tf you which.
I think it will help with the BO way, Thank you LawGirl, Steve, and everyone here.

The slope needs to be somewhere in between the 4 and 6 to be a strong down move, just a bit past the 3 but not yet pointing at the 4 would be considered a weak down. What a great trading method and thread!

After wading through the first 100 pages, I have decided to attempt to demo this system.

I placed the Trendline BUY EA on the chart, put it failed to trigger the EURAUD three tap trade a few hours ago.

I am not sure what happened. I just opened a FXDD demo account. Is there something that I need to do to set up one-click execution? Is there something that I need to do to set up MT4 so that it works with the EA?

I have posted a chart with an arrow pointing to the trigger point that was missed.

i think if you will make visible ask line on the chart, you will see why it did not trigger

Hi Location, and welcome. I am not going to be able to help you with the EA as I am only trading manually. Hopefully someone who is using it will come to your rescue.
This pair may finally be breaking out of its range.

Hope u took that trade for a quick profit on shorter TF.

As of now there is a potential 3 taps setup forming on AUD/USD 4h but need to wait for RSI to change direction to the upside.

Another thing to watch out is AUD/USD is also forming a symmetrical triangle pattern. It could be a BO above or down.

EURUSD, H1 BO, all TFs are in agreement. It went back up a bit, but it's still in the money.

Thanks LG for this awesome thread! I am fairly new to fx and have been following this thread since almost the beginning and have had some really good trades and some not so good, but I know it is a learning process.

In your first post you mentioned price action a couple of times as it relates to the 3 tap trade. Are you simply wanting to see a green candle if long or a red candle if short? Or is there more to it than that? I have gotten in some trades at the beginning of the third tap and that candle quickly went the other way. Is it better to wait? Im sure a lot of this comes with experience...

Anyway, I can't tell you how appreciative I am that you take the time to explain your system.
