In excess of 80% of my trades are done on D1 charts and because the swap increases quite a bit at the end of the trading day (5 p.m. New York time) I do my trades half hour before the end of the trading day. 25 pips spread for EURNZD is 9 pips or 56% higher than my broker.

why you use cent to trade? with more 30000$, you should use standard account to trade ( before mini account).

30K in Cent account? that is much indeed, maybe he want to be shown as a "big account"

IMO the most important thing is the near-instant withdrawals.

I have been with Exness for 2 years now. Today had very unusual issue with my position sizes. I was scalping in the morning and id i open 0.3 lots , platform opened 3 LOTS, same with 0.5 lots = 5LOTS had some huge losses because of it. I didn't notice until margin signal. I do belieieve Exness will stay Relaible and hoest as its been doinf for the last 10 years. I love Exness, but today i was really shocked!!!

If you think i typed those big lots, thats crazy with 2k accaunt. If you see i was having consistent 0.3 0.5 lots till this time and today, i dont know what happent to the platform it killed my day(((. Looking forward to your replay and believe lost amount of money because of the platforms issue have to refund back!!!

Made a deposit of 80$ or so, money deducted from bank, nothing in exness

Tried to contact chat support, waited hours on the line,

then support asked for 1-3 hours, another support asked to wait 5 working hours then another support asked to wait 1 full day

Nothing then on the next day support replied that transaction failed, asking me to wait 10 working days

Worst ever service and support


i needed that money urgently to pay bills, now o don't know where the money is and wasting precious trading days

will exness return my money or not ??????????

You just confirmed why traders are leaving ExNess. It's nice to have lower spreads/swaps but without good a broker is garbage as far as I'm concerned. ExNess will probably reply by explaining why their customer support was dismal at the time you needed it but this will be BS. I wish you the best in recovering your funds quickly.

Exact problem. Money not deposited to exness nor returned to bank account, DON'T KNOW WHERE THE MONEY IS, since 7 days.

Aweful chat support, waited hours to connect with them

worst service ever, took my money and not returning it to me nor adding to trading account , no support at all
