hi forum today i encountered a bad experience with exnees broker as you know today Wed Mar 6 2019 we had some economic news for both USD an CAD with high impact. so i went around pending order Technic to get some pips benefit i put my sell stop pending order below the daily pivot around 1.3434 at buy stop at 1.3469 and 1.3475 okay? well. as the news was published the chart start a fast downward movement. but with a big wonder my sell stop position start dancing with ask-bid line and it was kicked down!!! surprisingly to saw the position...
how is it that in your screenshot you left out the sell stop order? its kinda more important than the two cancelled buy stops, dont you think? Oh and also a sell stop is activated by the bid line but then your profit/loss is determined by the ask line, otherwise if it were activated by the ask price then how tf would you be paying the spread, and obviously you must pay spread. Only thing here is the enomous price gap, i admit thats alot, 31pips(that's if your sell stop was really at the price you claim it was)

Never had any problem w exness, matter of fact, I have around 46 000$ with them right now, mostly trading long term fundamentals.

It's very unfortunate but true. Everybody needs to do due diligence before investing with any broker.
Not doing due diligence puts people at risk. Too many scam brokers out there.
I trade with Exness in a one and half month, and still no problem; deposite, withdrawal, and their Customer Service also good.

This is very smart money management With a any account you have way more chances of going bust with a leverage of 500 than with a leverage of 30.

There is nothing wrong with dealing desk brokers. I have been trading with a dealing desk broker since 2005 and make good money each year. It's entirely up to you to decide the type of broker you prefer

Hi,
I chose Exness.com as my broker but this is what happend with me.
I had 3 open trades on Eth(buy) and I was off-trading for a while. On 22nd Nov 2019, I suddenly saw my all 3 trades are closed in loss and every few seconds a new trade with a lot size very high compared to my account balance was taken and closed at the same time. Within half an hour there were almost 70+ trades taken and closed in loss thus my account was washed out. I tried contacting exness but nothing happend. Intresting part lies ahead.
Now exness has removed all those trades from my trading history but account is still washed out. I have previous screenshots where the trades are showing in trade history. I also have that email where Exness has sent me the daily trade history. This is a clear scam and please let me know if I can recover my money anyhow. I started with approx 10000$ and now I have nothing.

I am VIP trader who was trading with Exness more than 5 years . I was thinking to consider the trading as small business and I did not often withdraw my money . my total losses reached almost 500,000.00$ . The last account close on 23rd February 2020 with total losses of 150,000.00$ during the Gold price inflation, Exness changed the spread excessively, my account closed within 3 Min after market opened despite I had enough balance . I came to know that Exness is "B Book" model business ; trading against Client and the losses will go directly to the account of the company .
