It's not at all market gap . it almost one day trading candles ( 24 august ) are missing. plz help me
Maybe you should check your quote history in MT4. Otherwise, go to Exness ticks download. They have all quotes recorded there and we can download it for free.

I am facing lot of problems with exness with MT5 . Suddenly MT5 stops working and I can't close positions and market goes against me and lossing money and they say technical problem wait for half an hour and after half an hour again they say we are facing server problems wait for two hours. Then whats the fate of my account? I am not able to close positions and loose money and finally thats the startagy of Exness. It happened to me many times suddenly MT5 stops working and loosing money and finally account blow off.

It looks like they are not fair broker..

It's perfectly fine to operate multiple exness accounts with same mobile number. There's won't be any issue doing so.

today i encountered a bad experience with exnees broker
as you know today Wed Mar 6 2019 we had some economic news for both USD an CAD with high impact.
so i went around pending order Technic to get some pips benefit
i put my sell stop pending order below the daily pivot around 1.3434
at buy stop at 1.3469 and 1.3475
okay?
well. as the news was published the chart start a fast downward movement. but with a big wonder my sell stop position start dancing with ask-bid line
and it was kicked down!!! surprisingly to saw the position opened at 1.3403. WTF!!!
yes 31 pips difference from the initial place
i got in touch with excess support through there web site but they answer me none-sense statements
it told me sell pending order will be activated by bid line or there was a widen spread at usd/cad at the news announcement.
but i know what ever the spread is and where ever the ask-bid line is only and only as the ask line touches sell stop order, it will be activated
and the place of order if fix.
i want you my friend tell me about this issue

1.Can not login to your client area . Now is already solve or not ?
2. Do you still receieve statement of your trading ?
3. Do you email support excness ? please tell me the response or solution ?

1. I can login to the site but i have to login through odd link. not directly from the uk or European site.

2. i have received some monthly statements.

3. I have only asked to return skrill back as deposit and withdrawal option.

there are 3 options to withdraw money. bank card which i have tried many times and it says i have to complete verification first then i click to upload documents and it says the required documents have already been uploaded.

I now treat my real money account like a demo. Fortunately its just a 100euro.. im in profit with my longerterm trades.. i just know a system that makes profit much quicker than holding microlots for weeks and months lol.

I will sometimes make longerterm trades (good selection of currencypairs) the best i have seen, but with this broker if they ever return skrill so i can withdraw all my money and spend it or add to my preferred broker il be happy.

As I understand, the activation price set for the buy stop order fell inside the price gap in the quotes flow, in accordance with the clause 2.1 of Exness Client Agreement, a price gap is 'the situation in trading when the price is different from the previous one by more than minimum price change'. Considerable price gaps may generally occur shortly before or during the release of important economic news, in the initial hours of trading, or shortly before the end of trading.

When the order price falls into a price gap on market opening or in abnormal market conditions, the order will be executed by the first available price on the market at the moment that activation of the order ends.
Please note that execution of pending orders at first market prices after the gap, also known as 'execution with slippage', is subject to general rules for trading in market conditions.

This is discussed in clause 2.7 (b) of Exness General Business Terms: Buy Stop, Sell Stop, and Stop Loss orders may be executed at a level worse than that specified by the Client; Buy Limit, Sell Limit, and Take Profit orders may be executed at a level better than that specified by the Client.

Taking everything into consideration, I assume that the execution of pending buy stop orders were correct and at a real market price.
Apart from that, we would like to remind you that in order to minimize the possibility of execution at a gap, you may consider refraining from trading during high impact news releases and other low liquidity and high volatility spells.
