Momentum Indicator - ADX

Anyone here using this indicator to track the momentum of your favourite pair ? I wanted to learn about this indicator and can anyone explain it to me ? By the way, what is the 3 lines stand for ?

its a good tool but it is to slow for fx

if you want to use it put a 20 & 40 line on the tool when it is below 20 there is no trend when it goes over 40 & then turns back down the trend if over.
the very best use of the tool on the fx
I played with it for a year & just doesn't work on FX but for the very hight setting ie week & monthly

its a whole system to use this tool

personally, I would say use one of the following tools , (a) use the Macd normal setting, (b) RSI setting 14`
or the one I use because I think it is the easies & the best (c) the slow Stoch setting 14,3,3

DMI + and DMI - are dotted lines

DMI + = positive directional movement and
DMI - = negative " "

What is the differences of DMI + and DMI - ? Can anyone explain it to me ?
