Stopped out @ BE. I think I must handle the counter trend trades much better.
AUD/JPY was up 45 pips which was nearly double the amount I risked (R:R = 1:2).
Also the AUD/CHF was up 28 pips nearly the same amount I risked (R:R = 1:1).

Learned the lesson and will deal much better in the future.

There was nothing wrong with your thinking in taking the trade. Just remember that when the price moves that far away from the 8ema it might be a strong trend and it might only come back to the 8ema to continue again. Do your analyses to the 8ema in terms of R:R and if it goes to the 21ema that is a bonus. If there is also support or resistance trendlines when taking countertrend trades it makes the reason and also success rate so much stronger.
This how my trade is going on the EurUsd. I still have my stops above the 21ema and my first Tp at the 200sma and the second one at the 89sma. The light purple trendline is my main focus point at this time because if that is breached the 21ema is the next target for the price to go and if the 21ema is breached then the upper trendline is the target. If a bounce of the 21ema is materializing one still have the light purple T/L to deal with. So be careful around that purple T/L

This is my situation currently. First T/P closed and second one approaching. On top you will see my 4Hour candle closing times. Regards.

Have closed second T/P manually. My account profit is in Eur for the day so far.

I hope I understand you correctly. You said you entered after a bullish from the 8ema but I think you mend a bearish candle as I look at your chart because it was a sell. It looks like it was a R:R of 1:1 which is fine. I set an alert around the 200sma so that I can go to the 5min chart and close it manually if it gets within a couple of pips from my target or put it at BE if I think it will run through to the 89sma which was still lower down. Depending on your position size you can also close a portion and give the rest a chance to run to the 89sma. There is also a strong support at level 1.15320.

It looks good to me and it worked out for you. As long as your stop remains where you would have put it when you would have traded the 4H timeframe. I will give more detail as to that later during the day. And your risk:reward is min 1:1

Yes I did. I had to leave otherwise I would have stayed to see what happened around the 89sma as well as the 200sma on the 4H because both MA was ignored when the price moved to that support level. I hardly ever trade a breakout or move through a T/L or Supp/Res or MA's. I wait for the break and then for a pullback before entering.

If the EUR wasn't in positive, I wouldn't entered the USD/CHF.
