Agree! But if you look at the lows where that trend line has been stick to(drawn on the closed), there are circles showing to low reached by the macd(about -92), which represent the trend line also, but recently that trend line has been breached, so maybe the pair will make a third low on the macd, so maybe another 150 pips(down) in the champagne glass. Will see…... and what about 1.3200 as next target...humml!
TRADE CLOSED for the weekend: 55 pips gain
BTW: there is a TC on the chart, but it is from the daily, sorry.)

I really don't understand your question. Sorry. Do you mean lower high and higher low on the MACD or lower high and higher low that price is making?

I see you've asked this question before. I'm not Phillip and I'm certainly no expert here but here are my comments. I might be wrong!!
and this is my understanding on your two questions.

Divergence is just a warning that something might happen. It might not happen straight away. It should NOT BE USED AS A SIGNAL to enter a trade. If you use it as a signal you most certainly will get false signals.

Can apply equally as well to t/lines or any major support/resistance level.
I am getting this one laminated for my wall. Makes me smile each time I look at it

Keep up the great work with your charts love looking at them and reading your posts.

BPM (i love your new wall chart..those pullbacks are amazing when you can see them, understand them and finally nail them with anticipation)

Trademin and Phillip..well they are the godfathers.


All jokes aside, just looking at a chart and checking for areas where a possible BPM can take place, is a whole new level for my trading.

Take the odds on, high probability and anticipation. Know the market rhythm. (Phillip)

They don't come better than that. Perfect example.
I just love this 4H MARKET RHYTHM. It’s unbelievable how the fundamentals fall in place with the different moving averages. I don’t know ANYTHING about Fundamental Analysis. I just watched a video on the possible levels that price could go to this year. The levels to watch are in light pink on my chart So if you go to the monthly chart of the EURUSD you’ll see that the first level (1.33 falls exactly on the 21ema). The big institutions and economists are looking for a weak EURUSD this year. Spain 57% Greece 55% Italy 42% youth unemployment. Big portion of the eurozone. Lots of institutions has got shorts in. But again if you look at the Monthly chart it makes sense since we are between the 89sma and 200sma and at the moment finding resistance at the 89sma so we are expecting a down move to the 200sma.
IT’S LIKE THE MOVING AVERAGES CAN PREDICT WHEN UNEMPLOYMENT IS GOING TO OCCUR!!!

Hi, I took this trade today:

- three bottom candles showing a lot of emotions
- support on the trend line of the downward channel
- also rebound from FIB 161
- MACD forming the RB

Closed half for +24 pips as there seems to be strong resistance around 1.3550-60
Second Half BE.
