Just went through a few pages of this thread, some really interesting setups here. I’ve been exploring different templates and EAs recently, especially systems that combine indicators into a single trading framework.

I actually found a bot not long ago that runs well with multi-timeframe confirmation, and it made me realize how much of an edge a well-structured template can bring when paired with proper automation. I’m still experimenting and comparing how templates influence trade logic across pairs.

Really appreciate the ideas shared here, it’s great to see how people adapt and refine strategies in unique ways. I’ll keep following along to learn from everyone’s experiences. Bless!

 

1. Experimenting with different ways to close the trades - here all non performers were just closed. Maybe the way to go.
2. Now the balance should follow the equity - does not look good now but soon will!
3. Going in the right direction again - for some reason the EAX's auto stop does not always work as anticipated.

Update:

 

1. I cannot improve on my first version, so I will no longer try.
2. Starting tomorrow morning I'll let it run uninterrupted for the test of the week.
3. I will greatly increase the lot-sizes to see what could be gained.
4. The DD is NOT high as is, so I will no longer tamper with that.
5. I will no longer waste time, but get this ready for live trading.
6. Last screenshot shows the original version in action for the rest of today.

2 of 4 indicators exactly on the chart (eaxctly red and green) are rapainting ones by their math nature.
Not to offend the OP: the general problem of this thread is that the author thinks they are winning.

1. The hardest part for me is to auto close the trades at the best positions. I think I've now solved this issue. My goal is a fully automated system. Yes, for three days in a row I let everything run from morning to late afternoon and then manually closed all trades to cash in on "profits".
2. Next would be to optimize trading times - I have not as yet given any attention to this. The flat curve is caused by trading from just after midnight when movement is rather slow.

For me it seems futile to get the balance to follow the equity. There's really no need for it to do so except for safety. As you can see it keeps on eliminating non performance trades. However, at the end of every day, when I close all trades I loose absolutely nothing in "profits". It has not yet in one instance turn against me by the end of the day when I close all trades manually.

So for now I give up - this thing is burning me out. I have never experienced high DD's, so hopefully that's the way it will stay. The strategy works without fail & without human intervention. The best trading time seems to be from 07h00 to 17h00 so I can now update the EAX with it.

As soon as I have the funds, I will start trading live with it EXACTLY as is & then update results again over here. And off course gains are small because I'm using the absolute lowest lot size available.

Update:

 

1. See how quickly it goes from start to green with virtually no DD - I was called a liar for stating this.
2. Only seconds later we have all green!

1. If everything else aligns, follow the arrows

Automation:

1. Trade ONLY 07h00 to 17h00 (We are GMT +2 in South Africa)
2. Stop trading at 10h00 & take your profits - only continue after 11h00
3. Close trades by hand at 17h00 (See screenshot - this is ALL you have to do at 17h00)
4. Don't trade later as it will start eating up your profits.
5. Do not be concerned about news
6. Optimize trading hours - I find that just after 10h00 is NOT a good time although it ALWAYS recovers from that unwanted dip.

As from today - you can also call yourself a pro! This TRASH will make it so.

Note:

1. I have to use the .pro suffix for everything. If you know how, change to your needs. I will later do so & post the new file using standard currency pairs only.
2. Note results so far for today - Friday 11/7/25 9:47 AM Next the dip 10h00 to 11h00 (which I do not show) and then the continuation after 11h00. Remember, it IS Friday today!!!

Hints & Tips.

 

1. Times to avoid (or be careful at least).
2. Being Friday, it's the worst I've seen this EAX perform yet.
3. Thus you need to carefully finetune your session times or use selective pairs only.
4. Any other day of the week it constantly makes 500 - 800 pips per day completely hands free - at least thus far.

The problem with the external EA trailing your equity is that it takes the EAX completely out of AUTO mode after every interaction. Thus nothing will happen until you manually switch it back to AUTO again. Maybe the EAX itself can do same, but I've never tried to fiddle with that as yet.

 

1. How this bad Friday would have ended at 17h00 without any intervention - it still made a profit. Look at pips gained.

I am not on Telegram - I cannot teach anyone how to use this Dashboard. You'll have to read the link.

Maybe later I will create a normal expert advisor for this strategy (I am reasonably good at this) This is much more powerful, but off course you will need to open 28 different screens at any given time with the EA attached to each one of them to achieve the same thing. This will slow down your computer a lot & be very difficult to manage.

I answer here in English - it is not easy for me to communicate in your home language, although I've tried my best. Plus I am sure there are others also who do not know how to use this EAX system.

In that case they'll have to trade manually - it will be more successful as you can manage each trade individually.

You HAVE the template. You HAVE the EAX. Use it - don't use it. All your questions will be answered if you do. If you don't, no harm done. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Not everyone likes pudding.

this is what i got

DD = Drawdown. I tried to show that most of the trades almost immediately go into profit when opened. If 10 seconds after opening so many newly opened trades show green, that's really something - or at least in my opinion. I think on Monday others will verify that this is as stated.

As for your other question - that template is rather old. All I can see wrong is that "text" is displayed everywhere. I will find, load up again, investigate and answer your question shortly.
